No. Just, no. That would make Itachi a pervert because in all reality she is almost half his age. Not only that, they only met a few times in the anime. The only moment they had was in Naruto shippuden road to ninja. And that was the reverse of their real world, thus the reason he was even there. Sakura wouldn't go for someone who hurt both Sasuke and Naruto. She cares way too much about both of them, and is way too hung up on Sasuke. In episode 278 of naruto shippuden, she got a love confession from one of the shinobi and told him she was in love with someone else. That being Sasuke.
