General POV

It's a sunny day as always at Ashvaile High. The sun was splitting the trees. Everyone was doing their normal things. Getting through the day. Laughing, chatting, hanging out with friends and cracking jokes.
People knew what was happening to our victims but they just said nothing. BAD IDEA GUYS!!!
If you see someone getting bullied FOR THE SAKE OF MAN AND WOMAN KIND TELL SOMEONE WILL YOU!!!
It's not nice to get bullied at all but being bullied for being gay is on a whole other level.
The two girls in this story are girls who both get bullied because of how they dress and because they're gay.
But please if you do see someone getting bullied don't be a bystander and tell someone. Imagine how you would feel if it was you. Hurt, upset, lonely?
Please just go tell someone.

Anyway back to the story:

It was a Wednesday morning and students were heading to homeroom.
Ashley wasn't. She was in the toilets crying. Crying her poor innocent heart out for nobody to hear. She started to regret ever coming to school in the first place. Ashley is Bi and she hates it. She probably wouldn't if there was no critics out there. The only reason she goes to school is to get away from her never-sober-dad. He hits her. Screams at her. All the other stuff. She's scared of him. She hates going home. But she also hates school. Manys-a-time she has thought of running away but she never could escape his evil eyes. The poor thing is locked in her room. She can't get out. She has to get her own food. Her own water. Her own money. Cuz her dad just spends all the money on cigarettes and booze. He never used to be like that until Ashley's mum and a loving wife died. Her father got severely depressed and had many girls who kept coming over for the night. Ashley had got used to the smell of smoke and alcohol. She'd gotten used to the girls in high heels and short dresses hair all done and talking bad. She got used to her dads hateful words. The hits. The punches. The cuts. The bruises. She'd got used to life in a drunken, depressed fathers home. She didn't like it though. Even though  Ashley was used to it she never felt safe. She developed depression herself from bullies and her dad. Her dad didn't care. He'd stopped caring a long long time ago.

She was crying in the toilets and was never coming out. She felt safe in there. Nobody could get her. Nobody would find her here.

She was sitting in the toilet lid legs up to her chin and shaking, tears trickling down her cheek. Thinking about all the words said to her by them girls in her class. How she felt. The roughness of the comments on her skin. Like sandpaper. Her thoughts running wild. Like dogs in an open field. Freely running to their hearts content. Suddenly the bathroom door opened. Her train of thoughts collided with fear and anxiety. Who was it? Had she came looking for Ashley?
Footsteps creeped closer. And closer. And closer. Until a knock on the door. Followed by the sweetest voice known to mankind or womankind I should say.

"Is anyone in there?"
Ashley cleared her throat. Ready to speak.
"Who is it?"
"A girl, duh," the girl said jokingly.
"Oh ha ha very funny, what's your name?"
"Elizabeth Jones. Yours?"
She hesitated for a second before stuttering "Ashley Inset Surname Here."
"Okay I'm gonna call you Ashley Hero! Nice name Ashley" the girl said with a laugh.
"Hey aren't you supposed to be in Homeroom right now Ashley Hero?"
"Umm, no I don't think so, oh yeah this is my Homeroom, what are you doing out of class Elizabeth?"
"Well actually, I, it's hard to explain. Oh and are you gonna open that door because I am dying to see your face!"

Ashley thought to her self for a moment.... Is she like me? No no she can't be! Can she? Her voice is so sweet and soft! I really wanna open the door for her but my eyes are red and my hair is a mess! Ok here goes!

The door unlocks revealing both their faces to each other. Elizabeth has wavy ginger hair and was wearing a white long sleeved top with a dark mint green top on top of it. She was wearing black jeans and Uggs. She never wore makeup but had the cutest cupcake unicorn earrings ever. Elizabeth owned many beanies that she wore every day. Weird earrings and beanies was her style. It had been since middle school.
