The Sailor Senshi Story

Chapter 1 Part 1: Natasha, Sailor Neptune

It was 8:15, the first bell has rung, and I was still asleep.  At that exact moment, my phone started to ring.  It was Tori-chan!

"Hello," I answered the phone. 

"Hey Natasha," Tori-chan started.  "It's now 8:17--!"

"HOLY SHIT!" I hung up the phone.

I grabbed my uniform, and my book bag and ran out the door.  I had ran as fast as I can, and made it there.  But only seven minutes late!

"Oh man," I gasped.  "What will Mrs. Tracey-sensei say about this?!"

  As I quietly walked through the hallway, the hall monitor caught my attention.

Oh fuck, I thought. 

"So, late again?"  he asked me.

"Yeah, I guess." I chuckled.

He just stared at me with a stern look on his face.  Oh shit what did I say, I thought.

"Here," he said giving me a warning ticket.  "I'll let you off with a warning.  But next time you'll be with ISS!"

"O-okay." I studdered.  

As I walked to class and opened the door, Mrs. Tracey-sensei has pissed off look on her face.

"Do you have a tardy slip?" she asked me.

"Y-yeahhh..." I sighed.  "I'll go out and get one!"

......5 minutes later. ......

I went to the front office, got a tardy slip, and gave it to Mrs. Tracey-sensei.

What a hell of a morning, I thought.

When I was walking home from school, I was thinking about going to the arcade and play the Sailor X game.  Through out Tokyo, Sailor X was very famous.  I don't know what I were to do when I were to see her.  I guess, since she has all the looks, X-chan would get the guys. 

As I walked into the arcade, I found the most handsome boy by the ice cream bar by the All New Sailor X game.  When I approached the Sailor X game, I saw him get up.  What is he doing, I thought.  Why is he approaching me? 

"Hello, pretty girl," the boy started.  "What are you doing here?"

"Uhh, I-I-I..." I stuttered.

"You were going to play the Sailor X game, am I right?" he asked flirtatiously.

"YEAH!" I exclaimed.

I ran towards the game machine until he swiftly blocked the way.

"Where the hell are you going?" he barked.

"I wanted to play the Sailor X game!" I whined.

"Well, you gotta get through me!" he said with a firm tone. 

As you know how stupid I am, I would just waltz around like a idiot I am.  But in this situation; I walked around him, sat at the Sailor X game machine, deposited a quarter in the coin slot, and finally started to play.

The boy looked at my with fury.  I giggled and continued to play.

"What the hell," he started to whine.  "Never mind... Maybe another day."

I played and played, and didn't even look at the clock to check the time. When I finally beaten the game, I saw a bright glow come from another machine. 

"Natasha..." the game whispered.  "Natasha, it's me; Sailor X!"

I walked up to the machine as the brightness grew brighter,  I covered my eyes from the light. 

"You," Sailor X started.  "You are Sailor Neptune!  You have to find your allies and protect the Princess."

"Huh?" I questioned. "Me, Sailor Neptune?  You have to be EXTREMELY high!"

"It's time to go now," Sailor X sighed.  "We'll meet again, Sailor Neptune.  Farewell!"

The screen darkened to the title screen.  I turned around and saw the cashier clock out.  It's time for me to go home. 

As I arrived home, I saw my best friends at the door. 

"So, late again, huh?" Haruka-san asked firmly.

"Sorry guys," I apologized.  "I was SO into the NEW Sailor X game!"

"Well, at least you are still passing so you can go to junior high!" Setsuna-san sighed.

"YUP!" I yipped.  "Well, I have to take a shower and finish my homework!"

"THEN RIGHT TO BED!" Setsuna-san shouted after me.

"OKAY!" I replied.

 That night, my homework was finished and I fell asleep.  But just as I closed my eyes; I heard rattling just at the foot of my bed.  I jumped and turned on my lamp. 

"Who's there?!" I questioned.

There was no response.  Just as I almost turned off the light, I heard a whisper.

"Neptune..." the voice whispered.

I became speechless.

"Sailor Neptune," the voice revealed itself.  "I am Princess Serenity, the Moon Princess of the 30th Century."

"Princess Serenity..." I caught my voice.

As the princess revealed herself, I fell off my bed.

"You seem surprised." the princess smiled.

I did not respond, I stared at her and never spoke a word until, she started to disappear.

"What the hell," I jumped.  "Is this some kind of trick?!"

By then, she appeared in my dresser mirror.

"Look in the mirror." the princess commanded calmly.

I walked up to the mirror and saw a figure with an aqua blue sailor suit.  This can't be, I thought.  Is this who I really am?!

"This is who you are," Serenity explained.  "Deep in your heart you obtain a Talisman, that unlocks your secret weapon; The Aqua Mirror.  With that you can figure out one's true form or even fore see an event."

I became frustrated. I grabbed my pillow an threw it at the mirror. 

"I am not a Sailor Guardian!" I shouted with fury.  "I AM NOT SAILOR NEPTUNE!"

I looked at the mirror and saw that the figure disappeared.  Just after my rage session, I heard Setsuna-san and Haruka-san's foot steps running towards my bedroom door. 

"Natasha-chan," Setsuna-san said in a worried tone.  "Are you okay?"

 I didn't even say a word, I just looked in the mirror and saw the figure again.
