(Futan's P.O.V)
(A/n the pic will be made clear in a little bit!)"Hey Nami can I have a piggy back ride to my house?" I asked while giving her a pout and chibi eyes.
She took one look and went into overdrive like she just chugged a two liter of sports drink, something that should never ever happen.
I was crushed into a hug. "Anything for Ani! I'll get you their faster than you can say gummy bears!"
I was hoisted onto her back and she began running at an impressive pace, leaving a trail of dust and very startled onlookers behind her.
I laughed like a little kid, which I guess I am. Imouto always manages to keep me laughing, she somehow manages to bring light into my heart. A sudden jarring stop jolted me out of my thoughts. "We're here Ani, now lets get started so we can have a new friend!" Nami spoke with a childish voice, full of happiness and energy.
I smiled. "Yeah lets get it started!"I stood back admiring our work. We really did a good job, I'm confident that this will work even without a catalyst.
The good work I was talking about was a large circle carved into carved into the ground and inside the circle was a intricate web of intertwining symbols that started at the center and spiraled out to the edge and it all shone a luminescent blue. I turned around to give a tired Nami a hug, I felt bad that she ended up doing most of the work but she insisted, quite stubbornly, that she be the one to do it since I had to save my strength.
Nami stepped back and smiled at me. "Yay we got it finished!"
I smiled back at her with just as much enthusiasm. "Yeah we did! Thank you for the help Imouto. But now its my turn.
She then gave me a pleading look, to which I nodded my head. She instantly ran out the room shouting. "Thank you Ani! Good luck if you need me I'll be eating!"
I shook my head and sighed. By eating she probably means devouring everything in the house.
I turned back to the circle and began the ritual.
I held out my right hand over the circle and spoke the words that would make this all possible. "Come to me the spirit of the hero from the past, rise from your eternal slumber and fight with me. We will watch over the war purging the dark and aiding the light. I becon you to this world binding us together with my blood!" While saying this I took a needle in my left hand and punctured the pads of each finger of my right hand, the blood fell into the circle filling the runes from the middle and spreading out, following the path Nami had carefully made. "Your weapon will be my will, every step you take I will take with you. Together we will fight in this battle for the Holy Grail." I began to infuse mana into my blood turning it a brilliant white and when it hit the circle the color began spread. I raised my voice to a shout, pouring all my mana into the circle. "Now rise heroic spirit and fight!" The circle turned a bright blue and began to spin and it grew brighter, and brighter still, until I was blinded.
When the light faded away a girl stood where the circle once was.
I actually managed to do it! I closely observed her. She looked to be around thirteen, just a few inches taller than me. The majority of her mahogany colored hair was long reaching to her waist, even while it was being held up in a pony tail with a ebony colored bow, the rest was short and just barely reaching her eyes. Her slightly predatory eyes were of a similar color as her hair, a bright, burning amber. This greatly complemented the light curves of her face which portrayed amusement and slight boredom. Her look was finished with a light grey hoody and light blue skinny jeans. It's strange that she's dressed so casually, but one mustn't judge a book by its cover. It's just awesome I managed to summon her! She looked at me with a gaze of boredom mixed with the glint of a predator, as if assessing me. She spoke in a silky voice edged with amusement. "You are my master in this war of the Holy Grail? Well then it appears that we have some work to do."
