» Mia's Pov «
I enter the grounds of Centric High, I, Mia Parker will have to befriend the one and only Luke Hemmings. To say the least this is the toughest thing I believe I've ever done, I could potentially jeopardised so many things if Luke finds out about this project.I slowly braced down and opened my locker, emptying my bag and taking my laptop and Maths books out. It was precisely 8:28 am and the music before the bell was slowly fading out, my form had headed into the classroom.
Now, most people will be stressing out that school starts at 8:30 and your form teacher locks the door and forces you to get a late pass, possibly leading into a detention. Well not me. My teacher Mr Lea is one of the most loving and caring guys and all you need is to send a text to a fellow classmate and you are off the hook, simple as that. I stroll into form apologsing to Mr Lea and sitting down with some friends. Mr Lea read out the bulletin and called and handed me the footy tipping sheet.
It reached the point where only two people actually cared about footy tipping. Calum and Michael. This would be the only time I partly associated with Luke's friends, they are certainly more athletic than the rest of our class. "Alright, what teams?" I say.
"Thanks Mia, we'll take it from here." Calum exclaims as he takes the sheets into his possession.
It takes only a few minutes after some discussion of who will win until they pass it back. "Here you go." Michael says as he passes back the sheets, "Oh and could I come collect the other sheets with you?"
"Yeah sure Michael." We wave towards Mr Lea acknowledging our leaving and head out the door of the room. "So Michael, why did you want to tag along?" I honestly don't understand, the year is more than half way trough and this is the first time anyone has ever asked.
"Well firstly, we have Maths with Ms Danton and secondly I thought it may be good company." He says as we walk into another room to collect the sheets.
"Ah I see, Ms Danton is a nutter so I understand that and I do admit it's rather good company."
A silence cascades us, going from room and collecting sheets has surely lessen our time in Maths. The silence wasn't an awkward one yet it wasn't a comfortable silence.

Guilt, something I was experiencing right now. Mia is a nice girl and I feel horrible for doing this, it wasn't my idea. It was Luke's.If I wasn't apart of his group I would be the outcast of the school. He's a good guy, I know he is but something had changed in the guy.
I don't want to hurt Mia, emotionally or physically. But the things I have to do for this wanker utterly confused me.
"Mia, who do you hang with at lunch?" I ask, partly wanting to get to know this girl and the other for the plan.
"You see I don't have one main clique, I have a variety of friends all throughout Centric. I don't want to be bound to one particular one unlike others. Somedays I play soccer, some basketball or I chill in the library with the guys your group picks on. I'm not afraid to mix up my scenery and hang with people of 'lower class' than me." She very passively explains. You see that's what I wish to be like and not have to worry about doing people's dirty work. I want to be free.
"Then why have you never hanged with me if you didn't care?" I whisper to what I thought was myself.
" I'll make a deal with you, I'll hang with you but you have to buy me pizza every fortnight. Deal?" She sighs. Honestly I liked the sound of this deal, pizza and I get to hang with Mia. It also helps out with the whole Luke situation.
I smirk, "Deal."

authors note
Hey guys, apologise for not updating in 100 million years. I lost the password to this account but thanks to a awesome guy from my class (go Alex!) he managed to hack into this and retrieve it.I would like to say each chapter may vary in style, some may be as an assignment letter type form or may be in normal. Also I may add that I won't be doing much authors notes either so this will be one of a few.
Thanks for all the reads and votes, I love you xo
