Chapter 3

So this is what Ben looks like. I think he's pretty attractive. But that's me!

Ben was a virgin. And Ben wanted to stay a virgin. His Christian beliefs or something like that. All I know is that, I Aurora Isabel McAdams was not getting any. And that sucked.

After my encounter with Aidan yesterday my whole body was constantly on fire. I wanted him to just keep kissing me. But that couldn't happen. Ben and I were together, and we were great.

  "Rory" someone said, "earth to Rory!" I looked up finally to see Ben sitting in front of me shirtless from his shower. I could kick his abs, and he wouldn't even react. He was so hot.  "How was your shower?" I ask him, looking him up and down.  " It was nice, I was all sweaty from football. But now that I'm done we can go out." He comments. He's hot, but is he Aidan hot?

"Sounds good baby." I say before going back into my thoughts of Aidan again. He's not Aidan hot.

"Dave and busters?" I question. "Ya, it's a great place babe!" He replies. Great place for people to trade drugs. I watched the movie duff, the only reason people come here is to make out. Or in our city, trade drugs.

"I'll go get us a table. You can go get some coins to play games." He says before kissing my cheek and walking away. This boy, he is very hot, but sometimes not very romantic. I walk over to the counter and ask for twenty dollars in coins. Should get me through this horrible date.

"Aurora?" I hear a voice from behind me. I turn around to see Natalia, Aidan's girlfriend. "Natalia, I haven't seen you since June! You were at the art exhibition and then you were gone!" I reply. "Well, my boyfriend, Adain. Do you remember him?" She asks.

"Vaguely" I murmur. Of course I remember him! My mind shouts. I want to fuck him.  "So what brings you here?" I question, hoping to change the subject.

"Well I have a niece in town. And I thought she may enjoy this place. Although it's a bit run down" she comments with distaste written on her face. Well not all of us can be super rich with a smoking hot boyfriend, now can we? I was steaming by that point. And I didn't even know why. Maybe because she had Aidan and I was stuck with Mr. Two dollar dinner date over there.

And speak of the devil, Ben was walking towards me right then. "Babe I was waiting, I got us a booth. But you never came back." He says coming up and putting his arm across my shoulders. He glances up at Natalia, "Who's this?"

" A friend from the Hamptons this summer. She came to some art exhibitions with me. We had dinner a few times" I reply nonchalantly. Ben on the other hand looks her up and down as if she's the sexiest thing he's ever seen. And that hurts.

     "Well," I say cutting into his staring fest, "We should go get food. Have fun with your niece!" I start to walk away dragging Ben with me. "Wait!" She calls out, "Give me your number and I'll give you a call." She says. We quickly exchange numbers and I breathe a sigh of relief when she's finally gone. I love Natalia, but her boyfriend was with me for a month during the summer. And he's still here with me. Just this time, nothing will happen.

"Come on hotness. I want a burger." I shout over the music to Ben. " Sounds good sexy." He replies. Sexy. I didn't feel sexy with him. In all honesty only Aidan made me feel sexy, and I liked when he did.

But Aidan wasn't mine. And Natalia seemed happy. And she should stay happy. I wasn't going to be a home wrecker. At one point I could have been. And that made me disgusted in myself. Aidan, Natalia, and her niece would have a good time. Ben and I would have a good time. Chances are Aidan and Natalia got married. That's good. I'm happy for them. No I'm not. That actually physically makes me want to vomit.

  "What's wrong Rory? Is the burger bad? We can send it back." Ben asks concern laced in his voice. "No I want to keep this burger." And that's exactly what I was going to do. Keep my burger. Even if Natalia wanted to have some.

Did you guys like my referring to Aidan as a burger? I did. I like burgers so it all works out. I've finally updated. So yay!!!!
