Flashing lights, loud murmurs and various tapping shoes on the wide pavement, the front of the museum was bustling with activity.
A red carpet spanning from the front doors of the museum was specifically placed to accommodate the smartly dressed, primed, and dolled-up famous and infamous individuals.
The paparazzi were allowed to shine in this festive moment, their flashing cameras enhancing the visuals, aesthetics, and art of their muse.
Every person was given a moment to pause, their poses captured at the right angle as the excited paparazzi called out numerous directions, but their voices were lost in the chaos.
Some were frustrated, while others were satisfied.
It was a chaotic moment of flashing lights, dazzling but blinding colors, and loud shouts.
Despite their excitement or vexation, the paparazzi could go no further because cloth ropes spanning from both sides of the red carpet restricted their movements.
Amongst this chaotic, organized mess, news reporters and journalists were present.
Their goal? To have open conversations with stoic, interested or passive individuals. Achieving the most comments to their impersonal and personal questions was their reason for showing up.
A familiar face was seen through the crowd.
Her red hair styled in a shoulder braid and her outfit simple, an off-shoulder white dress with peep-toe heels; she was given the privilege of opening the headlines and interviewing the most important attendees.
"It is a wonderful evening here in Colorado. My name is Verenia Mias, and I am coming live to you with wonderful and exciting news," she began, a big, pearly smile on her lips. "What an interesting day it is because the awaited Event of the Century is about to take place, right here at Stortford Museum!"
The camera shifted from her person to the crowd.
"As you can see standing behind me is a commotion of excitement and thrill. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness the most anticipated guests, who are about to steal the show on tonight's runway."
Suddenly, the camera shifted to the beginning of the red carpet, where a popular face emerged from her car. Zooming in, the camera followed, while Verenia continued to narrate.
"Here comes one of the awaited guests!"

Sharlene's eyes widened when she saw the commotion. She had never experienced something so majestic. She could not put it into words.
Movies depicted such scenes in a magnanimous setting, but she was neither the main nor the side character.
Unknowingly, she held tight to the seatbelt, her nerves betraying her excitement.
Though she considered herself brave, this situation humbled her.
"Why are you shaking like a leaf? Is there a pack of wolves outside your window?"
Madam Sinclair asked bemused, her lips forming a half smile, when she witnessed Sharlene gripping the seatbelt.
At a snail's space she drove towards the building, the line of vehicles and apparent delay making for a few minutes before disembarking.
