An old tattered cottage lay on a hill in a far off land, a land filled with magic and mystical beasts, a land called Tretherome. The sun was just barely over the horizon, casting eerie, long shadows across the land. Within the cottage a young adventurer awoke, rubbing the sleep out of his eyes, the man got out of bed and began making breakfast. As he was preparing his poorly ground oats and barley, an imp suddenly appeared behind him.
"Hey stupid!" The imp shouted at the adventurer.
"Gah fuck!" The young man screamed as he spun around. He saw that it was only an imp, a small one at that, with tiny horns and mischievous red eyes.
"My master has sent me out to find him a foe worthy of facing him in combat, do you have what it takes to face my master?" The imp asked the man.
"I can best any man with ease for I am Jasper son of Thrash, your master will die by my hand." Jasper ranted to the puny imp.
"Oh my master is not just any man, human, you will see soon enough" Then the imp vanished in a puff of brown smoke, wait no that's not smoke, oh god no. (Hack uck blahck bluugh) *thud*
Damn it, that's the second narrator this week, now I have to finish the rest of the story, umm so where were we umm errr, ah yes here we are.
So the imp vanished with a giant noxious fart, the adventurer passes out and wakes up some time later in a strange cave.
"Damn my head, what happened?" Jasper said as he tried to remember how he got there. As he looked around he saw three other adventurers laying on the ground, there was an elf, an Orc and a dwarf, wait is that dwarf sucking on a keg of mead? Holy shit man, I think it's dry... Anyhow, the elf, which was a female by the way, began to wake up.
"Where am I." The elf asked to the open air.
"I have not the slightest clue." Said Jasper, startling the elf.
The elf quickly grabbed her bow and notched an arrow pointing it at Jasper.
"Woah calm down miss, no need to launch that at me." Jasper quickly said hoping like hell she wouldn't shoot.
"Tell me who you are and what you are doing here fast or you die." The elf snarled venomously.
"I am Jasper son of Thrash and the last thing that I remember is an imp asking if I was worthy of fighting his master." Jasper told the elf as the dwarf woke up.
"Blot-e 'ell hew mooch di' I drin'?" The dwarf asked rather loudly, loudly enough to rouse the Orc.
"Come before me and die, because it's feeding time!" The Orc bellowed across the cavern.
"Calm down everyone, we were all captured, except something tells me it is more than us being just prisoners." Jasper said still trying not to get shot by the elf.
"Fine but I'm keeping my eye on you all, my name is Elastr'lel but everyone calls me Ellie." The elf said as she put her arrow back in its quiver.
"I'll kill you later, after I find a way out, that way I'll be fed and free." The Orc said releasing a throaty chuckle.
"You beh'air 'e trust-erthy or I'm gonna be smash-in' sum skulls tagetha, ya 'ear meh?" The dwarf said to the other three.
"Well then if you don't mind me asking, what are you two called, it would be good to know if we run into trouble." The elf said all high and mightily like a true bitch.
"My name is Lu'grub but most call me grub." The Orc grunted at the elf.
"Me 'ames is Ames, dun 'erget iht er yull E the 'irst un 'ead." The dwarf said to the group.
"Well then we best get a move on" Jasper said impatiently.
As they set off Jasper started looking at the group, first was the Orc, he was a giant even for an Orc, the Orc was eight feet tall if not more. He was also extremely muscular, with a giant Claymore strapped to his back. The Orc had skin the colour leather and scars littered all across his body, some looked as if he had been flayed, but Jasper didn't want to ask about the scars.
Next was the elf, with long flowing brown hair, and a nice curvaceous body that had a frame larger than most elves. Her eyes were stoney gray with rings near her pupils like a sandy beach. She also had a silverwood bow strapped to her back, it looked like a long bow but I'm not too sure for all I know it could be a medieval dildo, damn those things are scary.
Finally the last of the party was the dwarf, he was roughly four feet tall but was built like a, umm I don't even know what, what do you call a mass of wriggling muscles? Well anywhoo, he had a battle axe on his back made from crimson tinted dwarvern steel. It looked like it had seen many a battles but was still in pristine shape. The dwarf also appeared to be stumbling all over the place.
Suddenly Jasper realized that they had come to a fork in the cave, on one side they could see red beady eyes staring at them, while in the other the shadows moved in ways no mear shadow could. The four debated on which way they should take.
"I want to wring the life out of the thing with the stupid red eyes" The Orc declared.
"What if the thing is too big for you to take on then what?" The elf asked the Orc.
"Then I get to play with it for longer" the Orc retorted.
"I know I ain gunna 'angle wit' 'adows, oo knows ut day cun do." The dwarf muttered drunkly.
"Jasper you decide, which way to take" Ellie sweetly said to Jasper.
Jasper was debating on what path they should take when Ellie whispered in his ear "Do you want to take on shadow creatures or physical beasts?"
"I know how to fight physical beasts but a shadow is new so I have to say the physical beasts" Jasper decided.
"Let there be blood!" The Orc shouted as he threw his loin cloth at the pair of red eyes. The adventurers began running down the path to the right, as they ran more red eyes began popping out of the darkness. Suddenly a beast jump in front of them, it was a beast that had never seen the light of day, a demon. It had two giant curled horns, big leathery bat-like wings, skin the colour of dried blood and Grub's loin cloth draped over its face. The demon let out a terrifying screech, paralyzing the dwarf and the elf.
"You think you can scare me? I will rip you apart then use you wings as a new loin cloth." Lu'grub bellowed nakedly as he charged the demon, claymore in hand. The demon let out another screech as it too began to charge.
"Grub, right before you hit the thing move a foot to the right and put your sword to the left!" Jasper shouted to Lu'grub while he himself began to charge, longsword and shield in hand. Right before the Orc made contact he did as Jasper said and sliced the demons arm, right down to its black bones, but the demon didn't even flinch. Then Jasper made contact hitting the demon in its right side and the demon screamed in agony. The Orc then spun around and thrust his claymore into its heart finally killing the ugly beast.
"What a bloody weakling, it didn't even stand a chance." The Orc said as he ripped off its wings and made a new loin cloth. Three more demons suddenly came down from the ceiling.
"Snap out of it you two and help us fight!" Jasper yelled at Ellie and Ames. The two flew into action as Ellie began firing arrow after arrow into the demons while the dwarf charged them burying his axe into demon after demon as more and more joined them. There were now twenty demons surrounding them, until suddenly a bright light flashed and the demons all burst into flames.
"I hate demons, why do there always have to be demons" a female dwarf complained. The group all turned towards her, too stunned to speak.
"You could say thank you for killing all the big bad demons" the female dwarf said sassily.
"Ank you me 'ind la'e." Stumbled Ames.
"Ooo and who are you handsome?" The female dwarf teased Ames.
"I am Ames fro da clan 'o' ThunderClub" Ames said to the female dwarf.
"That's an impressive title, now try this, I am Aress from the clan of DragonsBane." Aress said to Ames.
"Dat 'e impressive me la'e." Amos blurted.
"We should keep going, you never know when more might show up" Jasper said as he began to move on.
"There seems to be more to Jasper than meets the eye" Ellie whispered to the rest of the group. "But he doesn't seem like he's going hurt us"
"If he tries anything I'll crush his puny skull!" the Orc whispered loudly.
The other adventurers started to follow Jasper until they reached another fork, this time with three paths. The path on the left was filled with spider webs, the path on the right looked as if it was covered in slime, while the path in the middle had an eerie mist and strange chanting coming from it.
"I smell the undead from the middle path" said Aress to Jasper.
There are clearly spiders to the left of us, they might be poisonous." Ellie told Jasper, hinting she hates spiders.
"Dat slimy tunna ta our right is defun-e slims, hate dos squishy tings" Ames slurred.
"I don't know which way to go but I think the undead may be our best bet, we do have a cleric to help us fight them." Jasper told the group as he started walking down the middle path.
As they walked a terrible stench began to fill the air. Damn that's a nasty smell, it was a smell so bad it was even too nasty for the Orc and made him vomit which I think might have been equal to if not worse on the gross scale. Then finally the smell stopped and they found themselves at another section.
"What the hell was that" the Orc asked surprised as if someone just jabbed him in the ass, ya you know that feeling, it happens to everyone.
"It was a death fog, if we would have stayed in there much longer we would have succumbed and died" Aress stated to the Orc.
"There are only two ways to go this time, both are dark and I have no clue which way to go" Jasper said defeated as he slumped against the wall.
"I will use an exploration orb to see down the left path" Aress told Jasper as she began to chant.
Down the left path she saw giant hulking ogres, after the towering ugly beasts she saw a huge room with undead scattered all around it, with a lich in the centre of the cavern. The lich turned to look at her orb then shot a dark tendril at the orb, causing it to shatter and snap the cleric back to her body.
"I know how to get out, but there is a lich blocking the way" Aress said while shuddering in fear or maybe disgust, I don't know, women is like another language to me.
"I will take the lich, I need everyone to make sure nothing interferes with me or the lich, do you understand?" Jasper said, his eyes suddenly flashing crimson.
"What are you" Ellie asked, stunned at what she had just saw.
"I am a half demon, I do not know what my father was exactly, but I do know he came from Oblivion." Jasper said as his eyes changed to crimson this time staying that way.
"No demon deserves to live" Aress said as she prepared a spell.
"I will not die so easily cleric" Jasper said as he shot towards her with demonic speed grabbing her by the throat.
"You will not kill me for you are weak and share the same goal as I, but if you mess with me I will kill you" Jasper said to Aress threateningly. He then released her and walked back to the cave wall.
"Let's go kill that ugly lich and get of this bloody hell hole" Lu'grub bellowed to the group as he began charging down the left path. The rest of the group began to follow with Aress keeping a close eye on Jasper. They spotted some ogres up ahead and began to slowly sneak around them. The group snuck past the ogres without a problem, or mainly so, the Orc couldn't help but kill one of the ogres, but other than that they remained unnoticed.
As they finally reached the cavern they drew their weapons and began rushing the undead, while Jasper bolted at an inhuman speed towards the lich. As he reached the lich it simply put out it's hand and Jasper flew twenty yards back. Jasper got up and he started to glow a blood red as he released a deadly roar that caused nearby undead to crumble into dust.
"I will kill you and you shall know true death lich" Jasper shouted at the lich in a ghastly voice.
"You pitiful demon child, you can't even comprehend the power I control" the lich said in a deep crackling voice the sound like splintering oak.
With that Jasper charged again, this time when the lich tried to repel him, it had no effect. As Jasper closed in on the lich his red aura expanded. He then shot it at the lich sending the lich hurtling to the other side of the cavern at an ungodly speed.
"You death shall be swift" Jasper said as he began absorbing the lich's very soul. As he absorbed the soul he glowed brighter as the last of the undead were slain by the Orc, who seemed to be having the time of his life.
"Now you owe us an explanation Jasper" Ellie said as she walked over to him.
"We were chosen to give this lich a challenge, we were harder to kill than expected, simple as that. And for me being a demon well, that's not my fault, I can't control it." Jasper told the group. "I just loose control every once in a while."
"If you loose control I get to eat you, and you will be delicious" Lu'grub throughly informed Jasper.
"I best not loose control then, and also how the fuck do we get out of here?" Jasper asked as the imp appeared behind him again.
"Hey dickface" the imp shouted at Jasper.
"Ah what the fuck?!" Jasper scream asked as he spun around.
"Thanks for freeing me, now I will get you out of here" The imp said and then released his noxious brown fart gas and teleported them in front of the tavern called The Rancid Cluck.
After that they all began adventuring together, hunting treasure all day and night, and always having fun. Except the Orc who joined them occasionally when he knew there would be lots of bloodshed.
