Since Steven is half human I think he can fuse with things like gems AND humans, however if hes forming with a gem, his body can only sustain a human body so still 2 legs 2 arms, not 4 arms and 4 legs. And 2 eyes you get it! Thats why they looks different from Rose and Thulite, BUT STEVITE LOOKS ADORABLE! I'll update the story on how they first fused later. This is not to do with any roleplays I just made this up.
