I woke up, my body aching. I had been beaten by my dad when I got home from seeing Marie. New bruises had formed on my stomach and I was hurting all over.

"Get ready for school you brat. I don't want to see your ugly face anymore." Dad yelled before pulling my hair and slamming me to the ground. He walked out of my room grunting. I need a life saver right now, I need an angel to appear and take me away from here...

I struggle to pull myself up and jumped in the shower, the water was like knives on my wounds. I leaned my head against the wall of the shower and began crying.

I walked through the doors to school, clutching my books up close to my chest. I stared down at the floor, not wanting to make eye contact with anyone. Everyone sniggered as I walked down the hall. I wasn't popular or anything in school, in fact I was bullied a lot of the time.

I quickly threw book into my locker, getting out my maths book. I ran into the classroom and took my seat at the back, by the window. I took out my phone and headphones and played Save A Girl by my favorite artist Isac Elliot. He was the one that was there for me when no one else was... He is my guardian angel even though he's never met me or even knows I exist... I stared of the window as the classroom started filling up.

"How's your homeless sister? Is she dead yet?" Vilma, one of the meanest girls in school asked me before her and her 'crew' laughed at me, taking their seats. I stared back out of the window and ignored them. The teachers walked in and told us to carry on with the questions from last lesson. I picked up my pencil and sighed staring down at my blank page. I started writing slowly but my hand was shaking. I was a reck! I shook every time I tried to hold the tears back.

I tried pushing on through and just leaned my head on my arms in case I did cry.

I skipped lunch and the last few lessons which I parent up in the library, listening to Isac's songs and watching videos of him on YouTube.

Once the clock was 3, I left the building avoiding everyone and walked home since I didn't live that far away so I was able to walk.

I walked through the door quietly so dad wouldn't hear me. I tip toed into the kitchen to find a bunch of mail on the table. One of the envelopes caught my eye and I grabbed it walking up the stairs and into my room. I closed the door behind me an skimped on my bed.

So far I had made it into the clear by not having dad beat me or anything. I ripped open the envelope and my eyes turned wide when I saw what was in it...

Heyy.
