Chapter 1: The Beginning

It was a normal day in New York with all the cars honking and planes flying. In the skies was a military plane heading for D.C when the engines start failing. Inside was a cargo that was captured by the military. Inside was a nuke, a stronger one than normal standards but unknown to the military the nuke was a bio-weapon. The nuke was supposed to release the chemicals in the air within the radius but when the plane crashed the bomb went off. There was a bright flash the news went viral all over the world that Empire City was destroyed. At first reports suggested a terrorist attack or a new nazi like group in some part of the world. But then the government released photos from a satellite the only problem was the photo was obscured. It wasn't until the C.D.C went in and quarantined the whole city that's when we knew that it was a nuke, but we didn't know how dangerous it was until a few weeks later when the effects of the chemical and radiation took place. What we didn't know was that before it crashed the chemical vial infected a personal got infected so when the plane crashed it got irradiated so when the effects took place the people who were caught in the blast weren't people anymore they were undead. America fell first,then central and south America then the United Nations tried to manufacture a cure but led to the fall of the U.K, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Russia, then the rest of Europe, Africa, the middle east, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, India, and then the remaining countries in Asia, Australia and the remaining island start dying off with limited resources and as they die they also get infected and soon islands are referred to no Man's land. People wondered who patient 0 is but it doesn't matter anymore any cure attempts have been failures. After 20 years we all know that a cure is ridiculous but no matter what we've lost all but Hope, as it still burns bright.
