A civilian just reported seeing Lisse Merritt at Avalon's Clothe Store the 18, of this December. The thief is estimated to still be on Manhattan's streets at least until train stations get back to normal activity that the end of this years holidays has caused to increase.
Even if the young-adult Lisse Merritt isn't known for being a physical threat to civilians. Not having evidence of her damaging another living human or have a record saying she has participated in any way on a murder, she is a big threat to authorities and one of the greatest thieves United States has had.
