Near the ocean, in an older town by the Sea of Kaylah and near the Forest of Aeon, was an old fashioned clock tower made out of stone. Now, if you did not know the meaning of why it was there, it would seem out of place, as the rest of the town by now was made from a type of wood, or newer stone. The walls seemed well worn, however where still attached to each other, and did not seem to be coming loose anytime soon. The stones by themselves where made from a cool blue colored stone, hardy enough to take a beating and show little to no wear.

Now when I said clock tower, I meant more of a large  wall like building, in which at the top high in the air, sat a large clock inset with shimmering metal, and a pair of twisted hands; It looked more like someone had bent them for an unknown reason or  purpose or maybe they where just bad with a mallet. The numbers where in standard form, going from 1 to 12, in a simple, readable font.

This place had been built back when the town was just starting out, and had stayed though the hard years that it had seen. Now, It was the perfect place for the people that met inside its walls. Once just a plain time telling device, it now held TimeKeeper's and those who were just starting their paths.

Who are they, and why are they called that you asked? Why are we here? Well, My friend, we are about to find out. Welcome to the town of Arrgon, and the world of Fradina.

Main Chamber- The 5th Day of the Month of the Moon, Mid Evening

The light from the full moon danced in from above, making it way though the large upper window above the room, perfect to get midday sunlight as well as moon beams. The light landed down, right where inset in the floor was the face of a clock, the hands pointing opposite ways. One was north, the other south, Small gems marking the twelve hours with the birthstone of the same month. At the top, just visible in the moonlight, words were etched into the stone floor, which read '

In this room, at this calm hour, an older man who looked in his late 40's,  watched as wisps of figures walked by, some in a hurry, some just walking calming up to the stairs. However his eyes where on a younger man, books in his hands, as he wandered along, looking lost. A normal EarthMade would not have been able to see them, even doing so much as walking though a few. However, he was no so.

He pushed up his thin framed glasses, looking at the younger version of himself as the foot steps finally met him, a student running into the room.

"Professor. There has been a Defect in the Time steam again." They said with a huff, bending over to catch their breath again. He looked for a moment longer, before looking up to the stairwell.

"Yet again, time never slows. What is it this time? Witch's spell gone wrong, slight tear, or one of us." he asked, though his tone had a slight sign of tiredness in it. While the thrill of the world he lived in never seemed to bore him, it seemed that more and more often there was a problem, or someone needed their help. Lost kid, to curse gone wrong, he never seemed to get a moment of peace.

" Sir, Its neither. They told me to come get you, said it was.." They paused, as they recalled the term used, "Anonymity, Sir. Non-Earth nor Timekeeper, nor even magik related they said. However, this rip isn't like the others and isn't tied to an object sir" They repeated from memory, as the professor slowly turned his head, concern on his face.

"Non-Earthmade or Magik you said? Did they say just that?" He asked, worry in his voice, as he got the answer he wasn't looking for.

"Yes, however.." They paused, their eyes shifting around the room before falling back on him, "You where called right away, to go to the meeting room. "

"Tell them I will be there shortly." He replied, the messenger running off with a start as he fixed his glasses again, looking back at the wisps.

"Oh, You. How young you where back then, if only we  could see beyond the limits of the present," he muttered, a memory in his eye as he then turned, and headed for the stairs. Though he could not see beyond today, he had a feeling things where about to turn, and not for the better. At least, not for Human races.
