At age fifteen Harrys' mother had passed away. Harry knew it was coming and so did Skyler. Harry was holding his mother's hand at the hospital. Skyler was not allowed to be in there because she was not immediate family. But, she had seen Anne the day before when they let her in. While Harrys father, Desmond was asleep on the couch, seeming as he have had hardly any. His mother was also asleep, seeming as she was extremely sick and worn out.

Harry was watching the heart rate monitor, as her heart beat slowed down Harry knew what was going to happen. Tears formed in his eyes.

"Mum! Mum!" He started to gently shake her, "No mum, you're not dying. Not yet. You're not allowed to, please mum. I love you, I need you," He had now stopped shaking her and he was an emotional wreck, crying in her lap. Then the sound that had broken his heart, the sound that he was dreading to hear.

A long, ear-piercing screech. With that Des woke up, he knew exactly what happened. He waked over to Harry with tears in his eyes, "Come on, son. She's in a better place now," he told Harry, trying to move him off his lifeless mother while trying to control his own tears.

"No, no, no, no, no," he shook his head over and over again. Des managed to get Harry away from Anne. He started hugging his dad tightly, making his shirt tear soaked.

Many nurses ran in checking Anne. One came over to Des and Harry, "I'm sorry for your loss," she said with sincerity. "Why don't you take the boy home and come back so we can sort out some stuff? I don't think he can handle being here."

Des nodded, "Come on, Harry. Time to go home."

Harry nodded his head and walked out of the room with whispered words, "I love you, mum."

Des took Harry home, and took him upstairs. Shortly after making sure Harry didn't need anything, he left back to the hospital. He tried to keep strong for Harry, as he needed it.

Skyler heard their car and looked at the time, 12:07pm. She knew something was wrong. As her parents were asleep and wouldn't let her out this time of night, well morning. She snuck out her window, she needed to go see Harry. She knew where they hid the spare key at Harrys, so getting in there was easy. She tiptoed her way upstairs and quietly opened Harry's door.

"Harry..." she whispered. His bloodshot eyes continued to stare at the wall.

"She's dead," he stated bluntly. Then, he started crying again. Hard. Skyler started crying too as she made her way over to his bed. Anne was like a second mother to her. Skyler loved Anne. She laid next to him and put her arms around him. Harry scooted closer to her, burying his head in her chest and held on to Skyler for dear life. She tightened her arms around him and kissed his forehead.

It was hard for her to see Harry so broken when he was always so strong. It was hard for her to know that Anne wasn't going to be around anymore, as she was always there for Harry and Skyler herself. Anne didn't deserve to go so early, but she couldn't hold on anymore.

"Please," Harry said between his sobs, "please don't leave me too," he gripped on to her tighter.

"I won't Harry, ever. I-I'm so in love with you Harry, I can't ever leave you," a few tears slipped out of her eyes, she didn't want to cry. She wanted to stay strong for Harry.

His sobs got louder, "I love you so, so, so much."

Maybe it was silly to know that they were in love at such a young age, but wouldn't you be if you had spent your whole life with someone. It may be unusual, but they were in love. Skyler ran her fingers through Harry's hair until his cries were smaller and tiny snores were now escaping his mouth. She gave him a small kiss on the forehead before falling asleep herself.
