It's been a week after the mysterious British guy walked in this shop, am I'm starting to think it was a one time thing.

It was nearly closing time, so I just went around taking orders for a few high schoolers and scattered groups of late coffee drinkers.

Finally, as the last person left I cleaned up their cups and plates.

Turning to go back into the staff room to finish my shift, I hear a bell ring.

I spin on my heel, surprised to see British boy walking in.

"Hello, welcome to the Corner Creamery, here for all of your coffee needs. What can I get you today?" I ramble anxiously, glancing at the clock.

"Just a coffee with sugar and cream, please," he answers without hesitation, leaning down onto the counter.

I make the coffee under his watchful eyes, feeling very pressured to finish quickly.

Handing him his coffee I say, "Come again, thanks!"

"Yep," he replies dismissively, leaving the same tip as last time.
