Emaja's P.O.V

I was awaken by my phone beeping on JoJo's night stand alerting me I had a notification. I grabbed it off the table then unlocked it noticing I had the usual email icon at the top left screen of my phone, I rolled my eyes at the fact my phone woke me up for a damn email then opened it.

"From YouTube service?? I don't have a YouTube account." I whispered to myself, "Congratulations LimitedEdition your video "I should've kissed you by Chris Brown cover" Has made it to the Popular page."

I took a second and rubbed my eyes making sure I was actually awake and not in some confusing dream then leaned up in the bed reading it over and over until I remembered Imani put this video up last night. We were pissed but we got over it thinking no one would see it, I clicked on the link to our video then looked at the views which read 349,331 views.

"guys... guys." I said lightly still in shock shaking the girls beside me "GUYS!!"

"What!?" Janice shouted still half asleep

"Look." I said passing the phone to her. She snatched it out of my hand then read it mumbling the words under her breath until she looked at the views then gasped quickly covering her mouth.

"Imani, JoJo!!" She shouted jumping on the bed

"Stop jumping on my bed!" JoJo yelled with the covers still over her face. Janice sat down then gave her and Mani the phone so they could read the email.

"Over 300 thousand views!!" Mani screamed as JoJo sat there with her eyes wide open.

"Hey! It's 8 o' clock in the morning, what are you guys doing up and yelling!?" JoJo's mom questioned with a face full of irritation.

"Mom.." JoJo said calmly getting up from the bed "We got over 300 thousand views on our video overnight!!" She gave the phone to her mom then looked at us jumping up and down.

We sat around my computer looking through all the amazing comments people wrote on our video. Simply talented, Goosebumps, , Omg you guys are awesome, You ladies are gonna make it big one day, Next cover asap! Most of them read. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

"Sorry for yelling at you last night Mani" I said running my fingers through my hair

"Yeah.." Janice and JoJo added

"Don't worry about it guys." Mani said shrugging it off just as my phone beeped again with another notification from my email. I logged on to my email from my computer then read it from there.

"Is it another email about our video?" Janice asked

"No, It says it's from UniversalMusicGroup@UMGAgency.com" I replied with my eyebrow raised

"Read it!" Mani shouted

"Alright alright! It says, 'Dear Ladies, my name is Zach Horowitz and I am president of Universal Music Group. I saw you guys' video on YouTube and loved it! I would like to meet with you guys this Thursday to talk about a record deal. Call this number or send me an email to schedule an appointment, 310-555-1568. Thanks, Zach Horotwitz.'"

"Bull shit." JoJo mumbled

"Yeah, there's no way that's real!" I tagged in

It's sad that some people actually fall for this type of crap and get scammed of all their money, It makes me sick.

Janice's P.O.V

For some reason I didn't think it was a fake I couldn't let an opportunity like this slip through our fingers. I got up from the bed then sat on the floor with my laptop and went to their website to see if the email was real, and checks out it was.

"You guys... that wasn't fake." I said showing them the UMG official website.
