“Mike!!” I saw a small girl start to run toward me, it was Devon of course.
“Devon!” I said trying to mimic her excitement; she was one of those fangirl kind of girls. It was scary sometimes.
“Have you seen Sierra?” Vic was the first to ask, then Devon’s face went from being happy, happy to holy shit I’m screwed.
“Where is she?” I asked again grabbing her shoulders, she pointed to the corner and lucky enough there she was, Alex right next to her holding her hand. She seemed to have been talking to a few other girls I didn’t recognize, oh well it’s time to make some new friends!
“Sierra! Darling!” I yelled as I slung my arm over her shoulder, she let go of Alex’s hand pretty fast and jumped in surprise. I looked over at Alex, who seemed pretty pissed off and all I could do was smile.
“Mikey? What are you doing here? I told you I’d call you later” She said looking at me shocked, I smiled at her and gave her a kiss on the cheek; glancing over at Alex and I saw him roll his eyes at me. I am going to totally love tonight, Alex may hate me after this but I don’t give a flying fuck!
“My brother and I thought we’d have a little brother night out, then we spotted you and we thought we’d join you. Unless you don’t want us too?” I smiled trying to act as innocent as I could, she looked at the girls in front of us, and they all shrugged their shoulders and nodded their heads.
“If they don’t mind then I don’t, um guys this is Mike. He’s my um… Friend” She hesitated, I wonder if she was going to say boyfriend, I glanced over at Alex again I could see the steam coming out his ears he looked so pissed.
“Friend? Come on Sierra, we have been friends for years! More like boy toy!” The girl with dark brown hair teased.
“Laura! Shush now! Oh my, I remember when you were shy! Anyways, Mike these are my friends Laura and Katie, I have known these girls since I was in grade school” She sighed pointing each one of them out; I shook their hands and looked back at Alex who whispered something in Sierra’s ear.
“I’m sorry” I heard her breathe out, she let go of my waist and smiled up at me, I smiled down at her but I couldn’t help but notice Alex grab her hand again. I don’t know what he said to her, but I wasn’t too happy about the secrets going around.
“So, Alex like we were talking about you meet One Direction yet?” The taller one asked, I think he name was Katie?
“No, no not yet; maybe one day like I promised” Alex laughed, I looked over a Vic who was with Devon, I guess she was the bartender here because she was in fact working behind the bar.
“So you and Sierra back together?”
“What?” Sierra and I said at the same time, which made Laura smile. I looked over at Alex and I saw this devilish smirk on his face.
“Come on Sierra! Why not! I mean look at you! Cute as ever!” She smiled, pushing me back a little getting one Sierra’s side where I was standing.
“Well excuse the fuck outta me” I mumbled, as I crossed my arms over my chest. It was a good thing I was taller than her. I looked over at Sierra she was shocked, but kept looking up at me. So I decided to make so fun out of this inconvenient, I started to make funny faces at Sierra behind her friend, and every time she would look back I would stop and pretend I didn’t do anything. Sure enough I had Sierra laughing on the floor in seconds; Alex again looked like he was going to explode.
“Can you excuse me for a second? I’m going to take the Reaper to get drinks!” She laughed as she grabbed my hand and dragged me to the bar.
“Reaper?” I asked confused at the nickname
