"He came over to your house at 1 in the morning?" Maddie asked.
"Yep." I said as the school dinner lady served, discussing looking mash onto my plate.
"Did he mention me?"
I looked at Maddie, and the realised she was being serious.
"Yeah he said, oh my gosh Maddison is so beautiful I just wanna marry her right now are you hiding her in your room? I must speak to her!" I said putting on a really bad fake British accent, and then I got a pinch in the arm.
"Hay!" I yelled, as I followed Maddie back to our table.
"So what did he want" she asked.
"He wanted to tell me his name?" I said, "he's kinda weird if you ask me."
"Cute though..." Maddie trailed off.
"Are we going shopping for cute outfits tonight?" I said, but I never heard the answer, because Maddie had seen Jack.
"Crap!" I yelled under my breath.
"Hay there." Maddie smiled.
Jack stared at her.
"Um... Hi?" He muttered.
Maddie was beaming at him, practically all over him!
"Do I know you?" He blurted, then he court sight of me and waved. I smiled awkwardly.
"I remember now," he said. "you're Mackenze."
"Yes," now it was her time to smile awkwardly.
"Jack." He held out a hand, and Maddie shook it, and dashed over to me.
"Hi Kenzie." I teased.
"Oh shut up," she murmured. "He so diggs me!"
"Yeah totally, Mackenze!" I laughed.
"I said shut up!" She growled.
