Remember that one day
I wandered if I could fly
I knew it sounds not possible
But I didn't even tryI walked out of the room
I decided to open my eyes
I felt the smooth sun rays
Once I beholden the skies
On my way I remembered
Those past days I left
The sweetness and the soreness
The changes in the drift
Some days that lift me up
And others dragged me to the floor
The smiles and the tears
And eyes I couldn't ignoreI passed by the sea
Waves rushing to the shore
Remember those dreams
Still standing by the door
I passed by the mountain
The summit's lonely rose
Remember past regrets
And faults that one choseI saw the little children
Jumping under the rain
My soul suddenly felt the happiness
Of some past days again
Those days I learned laughing
ABCs and twinkle
I knew how youth be seen
In the crowding facial wrinklesI learned how to love
To feel gratitude
For all the beautiful souls
That shine in solitude
I learned to smile at night
To the stars and the moon
To enjoy the hopeful wait
For dawn to rise soonI really loved my life
And I enjoyed my way
With all the ups and downs
I really enjoyed the stay
I stopped for a moment
And wandered once more
May be I should go back
And try tomorrow for sureBut then I saw the horizon
I stood on the edge
The ocean and the sky
Dancing lights glittered the page
I knew it sounds not possible
May be it is difficult to fly
But how could I decide
Without giving it a tryRemember that one day
I left my chains on bed
I left the fearful shadows
And took a step ahead
That day I grew my wings
And decided to try
That day I was reborn
And since that day I fly
