Your hair is part of what makes a cheerleader a chearleader. The big glitz and glam bows. The cheer poof so high that it almost touches the clouds. The perfectly curled ponytail. After all they say the higher the hair the closer to heaven.

For a cheer poof your going to need a teasing comb, hairspray, ponytail holders,bobby pins, and clear elastics. Your going to want to section off the front part of your hair. Next you take the section and start back combing it. Next you smooth back the poof, tie it with a clear elastic, then put the rest of your hair in a high pony tail. Don't forget get to spray the whole thing with hairspray.

For the perfect curled pony tail you will need a curling wand or curling iron. The smaller the barrel the better. start by taking one inch sections of your hair and curl then until your whole pony tail is curled. Next take a teasing comb and start back combing at the base of your pony tail for more volume. Smooth the section you teased and spray with hairspray.
