The Bad Boy At School

Chapter two

This is Kathy.

So when I came to our house in Massachusetts. I thought it was pretty big. As far as the looks, it looked ok. I decided to look at the school supplies. I asked my mom when we are going to go get all the school supplies. She responded Wal-Mart. So I went inside the house to check which room I wanted. The first room had purple walls, a queen sized bed, dressers, a bathroom. I decided that this was going to be my room. I picked up my boxes and put them in my new room. Arranged all my clothes in the dressers and put my stuffed animals on the bed. Then we went to Wal-Mart. I got notebooks, folders, pencil, pens, a ruler, binders, scissors, gluesticks, a pencil bag, etc. I also bought a tiny magnetic whiteboard along with a expo marker so I can keep in track of the assignments and stuff at school.

Once we got back home which was night time by then, I put all the supplies in a bag so that tomorrow we will be all set for back to school night with the neighbor, I heard that their daughter was the same age as me. December 6 is my birthday so my horoscope is a Sagittarius. I took a shower afterwards and then went to bed.

Next day...

I hope I can make friends with my neighbor. I woke up ate breakfast and put on jeans and a fancy black shirt. I went next door walking slowly to think about what I should say. You see I'm not a big fan of talking unless I have something to say. So I gathered my confidence and rang the doorbell. A girl my age answered and said you must be the new neighbor. I said yep. She said come in. I liked her instantly. She had blond curly hair and blue eyes. She seemed nice so I decided to start a conversation hoping it wouldn't be awkward.

"Hi, what's your name?" I said.

"Kathy, what's yours?" Kathy said.

"Ivy, nice to meet you," I said.

"Can we be friend?" Kathy said.

"Just to make it to the point," Kathy said instantly.

"Sure, it's fine that you wanted to get to the point because I like people who get to the point right away," I said.

"Do you know when time back to school night is?" I said.

"Yep, it's 5:00," Kathy said.

"Thanks," I said.

"Now that we are friends, do you have a kik?" Kathy said.

"Yep, it's I_love_music," I said.

"Mine is Kit-Kat," Kathy said.

"Ha that's very creative," I said.

"I know right," Kathy said.

"I bet you'll like my two other friends I have," Kathy said.

"Ok," I said.

"You know I want to show you around town is that ok?" Kathy said.

"Let me ask my mom first," I said.

"Ok, I'll come with you," Kathy said.

"Kk," I said.

We went to my house and I quickly asked my mom if I could go with Kathy around town. She said yes. Kathy and I started by going to the park where a soccer game was playing. Kathy said that most of the popular boys hung here to practice soccer. Then I said ok why do I need to know that. Kathy said no I'm just telling you. Then she told me she liked this one popular boy called Jason. I promised her not to tell anyone. Kathy said she probably won't get noticed anyways. I told her that's why she's going to change into sexier clothes. Like hot pink short shorts with a glittery blue tank top which she had. Then told me to wear short shorts and a tank top too. I answered with fine I will.

We went for a short walk afterwards to the high school here. She said she played tennis and I said I wanted to play tennis too. She then told me that the most popular guy in our grade is Ethan Wester. When it hit 4:50 we went home. Finally we went to back to school night. I met Kathy's friends Rose and Jazzy. Jazzy had curly red hair with brown eyes. Rose had brown wavy hair and dark brown eyes. They were cool. We shared kik usernames so we can text each other.

I went home happy that I made three cool, nerdy, and funny friends. I took a shower and slept because tomorrow was the first day of school.
