Battleground

Scenario: Small highschool in Colorado

There are four characters;

Gabe: has short black hair, green eyes, and is a die hard Auburn fan. He has also been dating Mak since 3rd grade.
Mak: has long beautiful fire red hair and big hazelish-bluish eyes. She has also been dating Gabe since 3rd grade.
Jake: has long, flipped to the side, brown hair. And, is dating Kris on and off since 6th grade.
Kris: has short brown hair, with brown eyes and has been dating Jake on and off since 6th grade.

Gabe and Mak sit down at their lunch table. Jake and Kris were right behind them arguing as usual. "Do you know what that means Jake," Kris yelled, "We are through!" She smacked Jake and they both Sat down across the table from Gabe and Mak. Gabe half grinned and put his arm around Mak and she snuggled up against him. "So do you guys think that..." All of the sudden there was a loud scream and lots of screaming from men... Foreign men... Gabe and Jake spring up and run towards the commotion to find about 20 men with skull masks on screaming at them with guns in hand. They started spraying bullets everywhere. Gabe looked at Jake and he was pale... "J-j-Jake?" Gabe whispered. There was a pool of crimson colored liquid surrounding Jake now. "I - i - I'll be fine, g-go get the girls g-get them out. Then c-c-come find me." "Jake, what are you thinking about doing?!" Gabe shouted frantically. "Just GO!" Jake screamed.
Gabe took off running and found Kris lying on the floor, he grabbed her and drug her outside. He ran back in and found Mak, she was in the corner scared to death, he grabbed her hand and he whispered, "You're safe now." And got her and Kris about a quarter of a mile from the school before he remembered Jake's orders. He ran as fast as he could back to the lunch room in the school and found Jake, lying on the ground gasping insanly fast, "Gabe, get us OUT here comes more!" Gabe grabbed Jake and began dragging him towards the exit. Jake winced loudly each time that Gabe gave a big pull. They finally got outside to be surrounded by about 15 masked men. Gabe ran at one at punched him right in the nose, just to be grabbed by three other men and beat sincelessly. Gabe was lying on the ground now with a knee digging into his back. He heard loud pops... Gunshots... He managed to slightly turn around enough to see Jake... He was pale... And was surrounded in an even bigger puddle of crimson liquid now... "NO," Gabe screamed. Jake was...
