Natsu's POV

I stood near the doorframe as I watched Wendy treating Lisanna. Lisanna was now being kept in a crystal sphere as her condition was getting worse and worse each day.

Wendy stretched out her arms and concentrated her magic around her palm; she started to perspire as she tried to suppress Lisanna's leaking magic.

"Wendy, why don't you take a break?" Erza said as she tapped Wendy's petite shoulder.

Wendy forced out a smile and replied, "No, it's alright. I feel like I'm getting there."

Erza sighed and shook her head is dismay, "Fine, but don't push yourself too hard. Take a short break soon."

Wendy nodded before turning her gaze back at Lisanna.

"Nastu, let's give Wendy some space." Erza ushered me out of the room before I could protest. We walked down the stairs and headed to the Guild hall.

That was until we heard a shrill scream.

I ran back up the stairs and slammed the door opened, "What's going on?"

Wendy was on the floor covering her mouth as she tried to hold back another cry. My eyes widened in shock as I saw Lisanna being consumed by dark magic in her sphere. Lisanna started to choke and she struggled fiercely within the thick smoke.

"Fire Dragon's Iron Fist!" I engulfed my fists with flames and punched the sphere. "Lisanna!" I cried.

I continued to rain punches on the sphere but it showed no signs of cracking. I started to panic as I used all sorts of techniques I had.

Suddenly, the sphere cracked into a million pieces with the shards piercing into some parts of my body. I bit my lip to silent the groan.

"Nastu!"

Lucy rushing to my side with a worried expression on her face. I held onto my wound to suppress the pain. Wendy gave me first-aid treatment immediately and the wound closed up.

I thanked her before looking back at the scene before me.

Lisanna stood above all of us and cackled loudly. "Fairy Tail." She boomed. However, her voice did not have a feminine tone, it was laced with the voice of a man I knew too well.

"Zeref," I muttered.

"Natsu, I'm glad you remembered me." Zeref looked down at me with icy eyes.

"What are you doing to Lisanna! Give her back!" Lucy shouted angrily.

Zeref looked around the room to find the source of voice. "Lucy Heartfilia," Zeref said her name slowly.

"Didn't you hate her? She was the one that caused you to be in pain didn't she? Oh and I almost forgot," Zeref smirked.
