Three Days Before The Accident.
Nightmare after nightmare. Ollie threw off his blankets and got out of bed hoping for sunlight but he got the eerie silence of three o'clock in the morning. Four more hours he thought and then the nightmare would be over. He drifted back off to sleep, with only the worst of the terrors haunting his mind.... Ollie woke up in a cold sweat. Even seeing sunlight couldn't help him. Whatever that thing was, whatever it had made him do, he knew that it was just a dream. He hoped at least. Finally seven am, a time to see his parents and everyone he loved, and.... his sister. "GOOD MORNING!" Emily boomed from the end of his bed. "Time to wake up big brother. We have school and I'm gonna miss my first day of year one. I wonder if Jodie will be there?" Emily rambled on. Ollie got up reluctantly, mostly so he could tell his sister to be quiet but also in excitement for his first day of year eight. He could finally play Pokémon with Phil and Tim. He hoped he had good teachers and wondered if he should practise anything in the car on the way there. But before he could think about anything more about school he needed food. He wandered down the hall and grabbed some Shake And Bake Pancakes out of the cupboard. He quickly cooked them and filled them with whipped cream and Nutella. A delicious breakfast, check, uniform on, check and finally he had to get his Pokémon cards or Phil and Tim were gonna beat him. Everything was going good. He shuffled his deck of cards in front of the TV which played Sunrise for his mum. His dad had already left for work. "America has been struck by a wave of terrorism, the Statue of Liberty, arguably Americas most famous landmark, has been bombed. America blames the countries Iceland and Greenland for the attacks. Military has been deployed in these countries to fend off the impending attacks but until later we will not know the outcome. We will now cross over to our correspondent in Sydney...." Koshie said with disbelief on his face. His mother looked scared when Ollie looked at her but nothing could spoil his first day. Not even the start of world war three.
