You took in a deep breath, as your stomach twisted in knots. You were driving to the cafe where you and Jensen decided to meet.

Your palms were sweaty as you grew nervous by the second. This was your first date in 2 years. But was this even a date or just two friends meeting for coffee?

You had so many questions and different emotions roam through you, you were beginning to psych yourself out and cancel plans with Jensen.

Until you received a text. Your phone lit up and as you saw his name, you couldn't help but flash a soft smile.

'Can't wait to see you.'

And just like that, you somehow felt at ease.

This was the guy you grew up watching on tv for 10 years. You remembered gawking over his character since the moment he came on screen and stated 'dads on a hunting trip.'

But who would've thought that you would be driving to meet up with the guy for some coffee. Who would've thought that you would have these feelings for him in such a way.

Without realizing, you were parked outside of the cafe. Your heart began to speed as the realization dawned on you.

"You can do this." You exhaled to yourself.

Making your way inside, the scent of brewing coffee hit you like a wave. It was warm and inviting. One of the reasons why you loved it so much.

"Y/N!" You heard the familiar voice.

Turning on your heels, you met the gaze of glistening emerald eyes. The same eyes you find yourself getting lost in.

Flashing a smile, he waved his hand. You chuckled, walking toward him as your heart pound faster with each step you took.

Scanning the table, JJ was nowhere insight. Which confused you a bit.

"Hey!" You smiled.

Jensen propped up on his feet and pulled you in for a quick hug. Breathing him in, you felt your stomach flutter.

"How are you?" He asked, flashing a cheeky grin, pulling the chair out for you.

The little things he did, opening your door, pulling out your chair, walking you out. He was a true gentleman and you loved it so much. It was like a breath of fresh air. Something you've never witnessed only in movies.

"I'm great! Just enjoying this beautiful Sunday." You cackled. Looking around you, you furrowed your brows. "Where's JJ?"

Jensen took in a deep breath, leaning back in his chair. "With her mom. It's her week." He stammered.

The images of Danneel flooded your mind. You knew of their divorce, hell, you were kind of thrilled but she was absolutely beautiful. A woman you looked up to and envied.

And here you were, with her ex and not even close to being as beautiful as her. Or so you thought. You couldn't help but feel insecure.

Jensen noticed the difference in your posture. Noticing how your shoulders slightly slumped, and the sides of your lips dropped once he mentioned Danneel. He didn't like seeing you this way. He wanted nothing more than to see you smile like you did every time you were in the pool.

"So this is different. I'm so used to seeing you all wet." He chuckled.

You snapped your gaze to him, feeling your cheeks flush as you tried to keep from chuckling.

His words echoed in his head, and the statement dawned on him. With his eyes growing wide, you couldn't help but laugh at his embarrassment.
"I mean wet from the water. Y-you know because you swim and-and im just going to shut up." He muttered.
