John and Hannibal were making plans for a trap but in their line of sight was Ivory who was on the floor next to Michael and Jason's feet while they watched TV on the couch.
Penny made her a toy circus tent with clowns, animals and even a little popcorn stand.
"So you've been watching her." Hannibal said slowly as John started drawing a blueprint.
"I was suppose to bring her parents to play my game but I grew fascinated with her." John explained. "All those rejections and injuries and she still smiles."
"Injuries?" Hannibal looked up at him confused.
"She has a scar on her head, the parents just glued it shut. Almost killed them right then and there."
"How long has she been alone?" Hannibal asked.
"Her family left her about two weeks before she found Chucky and Tiffany." John explained.
"And how long are they usually gone for?" Hannibal asked.
John scoffed. "Only come back for tax reasons or if they some how got enough money to get a month worth of groceries."
Hannibal turned back to watch Ivory carefully balance a beachball on a seal's nose.
"I can do that." Penny suddenly appeared next to her and made a ball balance on his nose making Ivory laugh.
"Excuse me." Hannibal got up. "Ivory dear, would you follow me please."
Ivory got up with no questions asked and followed him to find Freddy laying in a hammock.
Hannibal tipped it over making Freddy fall out of it and start cursing up a storm.
"Calm yourself, the child is present." Hannibal said smoothly.
"What do you want?"
Hannibal whispered something in his ear.
"You're shitting me."
"Just do it."
"They'll kill me."
"They won't."
Freddy groaned and put on his glove before kneeling right in front of Ivory who smiled at him.
"Stay perfectly still kid."
"Ok."
Freddy slowly moved his knives very close to her stomach but she never moved a muscle. Just gave him a smile and waited to see what Freddy was about to do.
"I..." Freddy's hand shook. He's done this to countless kids, this should be easy but even though his knives are an inch away from Ivory's stomach she still looks at him with so much trust. Not a single sign of doubt, fear or even weariness. Just curiosity on what he's about to do.
"DAMN IT!!" Freddy stood up, ripped his glove off and threw it. Literally threw it as far away from Ivory as he could.
"Fascinating." Hannibal said satisfied.
