Annabelle's POV

I looked over at Cal, who was quietly snoring.

I looked around the room to see that I had a lot of cleaning to do.

I slipped out from under Cal's arm and walked to the kitchen.

I put away all the cereal boxes and bread loaves.

I cleaned every room, planning to finish with my room.

When I walked into our bedroom, Cal opened his eyes a little bit and smiled.

"Good afternoon, beautiful." He chuckled, sitting up.

"Good afternoon." I grinned.

"It's weird not worrying about Thomas."

I nodded and collected the laundry from all over the room.

"Get up."

"Why?" He groaned.

"I need the sheets." I whined.

He grumbled and rolled off the bed.

I snatched the sheets, which weren't even attached to the bed anymore.

I threw everything into the washer and started it.

I felt lips on my neck and hands on my hips.

"Cal, I'm trying to do laundry."

"You're sexy when you clean naked."

"Cal, give me a few minutes."

"But I miss you."

"It's only been two hours."

He grumbled and moved hands up and down my body.

"Cal, there aren't any sheets on the bed."

"We have a couch." He grinned.

"Let me grab the box." I sighed, walking to the bedroom.

I grabbed a few and walked into the living room.

He was laying on the couch waiting.

About halfway through, the door started to open. I dove off and sprinted to the bathroom, Cal making his way to the bedroom.

I freshened up and got dressed into a casual dress.

I came back to find Mrs. Hood sitting at the table.

"Hello Annabelle!" She smiled and got up to give me a hug.

I hugged her back and smiled.

Cal came in, his hair still a mess, but he was fully-clothed.

He hugged his mom as well and we all sat down.

"So how are my beautiful children?" She asked.

"We're pretty good. We weren't expecting you so soon, is everything okay?" Cal asked.

"Yes, I just came to get a few more bottles." She giggled, fixing Cal's hair.

I went to the fridge and looked for the bottles.

I sighed and pumped a few more, measuring them out.

Cal came in and grabbed them, putting them in the diaper bag.

Mrs. Hood beamed and put the diaper bag over her shoulder.

She hugged us again and picked up Thomas, walking to the elevator.

I closed the door and laughed.

"What's so funny?" Cal asked.

"Your mom almost walked in on us."

He started laughing as well, kissing my nose.

"When do you think our wedding should be?" Cal asked.

"I was hoping June. I've always dreamt of a June wedding." I sighed.

"Well, it's August, so next year. That gives a lot of time to plan."

"I need to start working out."

"You don't need to."

"What makes you say that?"

"Considering I just spent the last five hours looking at you naked, I don't think you need to alter yourself in any way."

"That's sweet and weird at the same time." I smiled.

He smiled back, grabbing his gym bag.

"Speaking of working out, I'm going to the gym."

"Wait, I'll go too." I stuck my tongue out, grabbing shorts, a sports bra, a tank top, and sneakers.

We jogged to the gym, not even breaking a sweat.

He went to lift weights while I went to the treadmills.

I ran five miles before I switched to the stationery bike.

He came in and got on the one next to me.

I was hurting and wanted to cry.

I bit my lip and went faster.

I woke up to a sad Calum holding my head in his lap and pressing an ice pack to it.

"Hey, we need to go home." He frowned.

"I didn't finish yet."

"You just passed out because you are pushing yourself too hard. I don't want you to do anything but jogging for a little while."

I rolled my eyes but got up and went outside to the car.

When we got home I went to the bathroom and locked the door, kneeling in front of the toilet.

If he won't let me exercise, I'll lose the weight some other way.
