Chappie 4

Craig

I was contemplating on how I was gonna tell Chres. Not about the gang relationship I have with Issa and his crew but the crush I've secretly had on him for 2 years. Its hard seeing I'd have to keep protecting him while listening to Issa's fucked up orders.

I sighed as I waited for Chres to show. The anticipation was unbearable. I tried to do other things while I waited for him. My doorbell rang and I instantly knew it was Chres. "Craig, Chres is here!" I came downstairs and he was lookin at me like he was really lost.

"Hey Craig" I looked at him, "Hey" My eyes were scanning him and I bit my lip and ran upstairs. God, why does telling him how I really feel gotta be so damn hard. I jumped on top of my bed and screamed in my pillow.

Chresanto

I ran up after him and I saw him laying there screaming in his pillow like a damn 6 yr old. I chuckled, "You okay man?" He looked at me and sighed, "No....and I never will be.. " I looked at him questioning his remark without even saying a word.

He sighed, "I mean, I've fucked up...and I'm scared about what you'll say..." I nodded wanting him to continue. "Chres, I uhm....." He looks down before finishing what he was about to say and I had a pretty good idea of what it was. Thing is I'd rather hear it coming from him.

He changes the subject to something else. I didn't mind because he'll tell me when he's ready to and i'm not rushing him. "Chres the reason I've been acting the way I have with you is cuz of-" He was cut off by a knock at the door.

"Craig, Issa is here!" He looked pissed and shook his head. "I'll be back, don't come out of my room till I say otherwise, okay?" I smiled and nodded and sat on his bed while he left out of the room and closed his door.

Craig

Oh great, my gang leader is here. I'm sooo happy. Note my sarcasm. I went downstairs and saw Issa on the couch. "Whatchu want now" I was slightly irritated as of now because he decided to show on the day I invite Chres over.

"Where's Chres?" I shook my head, "He ain't here, whatchu watchin me for? I ain't do nothin. The ones you should be watching is yo girl and Durrell." He looked at me evilly but I could care less about it cuz Tiffany did the same shit so it don't phase me none.

"If I find he was here and you've been lying. We gon have a problem, LilC" I rolled my eyes and showed him out. I ran back upstairs to see a smiling Chres sitting on my bed. I sat by him, "As I was saying tho...its cuz of Issa's gang I'm like that"

He nodded and just hugged me. It felt good having him this close so I hugged back. He looked into my eyes and I looked into his. Before he had any second thought about it, he kissed me. I was shocked at first but I kissed back and brought him closer deepening the kiss as our lips moved in perfect sync.

It was a good 3 and a half minutes before we pulled away. "Wow..." It was all I could find to say. Chres was blushing hard and I kissed his forehead. "So....your okay with the whole...Issa situation?..." He looked upset when I asked but he nodded.

Chresanto

Yes, I'm okay with the whole Issa situation. Yes, I hate it but I have to deal with it even if it means we have to act like we hate each other in front of people. I'll be damned if I had to stay permanent enemies with Craig.

I cuddled with Craig just out of comfort. He seemed to like it and cuddled back. "So where do we stand?" He looks at me and caresses my side, "Up to you" I smiled at him, ironically this is the only real time Ive been alone with Craig.

"I want us to be more than friends...Will you be my boyfriend?" He nodded and kissed me with so much passion. When we broke away both of our breathing was uneven.

We both smiled and I saw it was getting late. I kissed his cheek and he walked with me to the door. I smiled at him and left walking straight home.

Wow, today was actually good for once
