Oh shit. I'm late. I opened my eyes and threw off the warm sheets from my body only to see I didn't set my alarm. I'm going to get fired if this keeps happening. I rushed into my small bathroom located between me and Blaire's room. I threw on my work clothes and applied a thin line of eyeliner onto my water line to make my blue-ish grey eyes pop. I quickly brushed my teeth and put my dirty blonde hair into a high pony tail before running outside and into my car.

By the time I got home from work, Blaire and Kitty were asleep on the couch and the Saw title screen was on the tv. Blaire had been my best friend ever since seventh grade. She has short brown hair that goes to her shoulders and beautiful brown eyes that glimmer at the sound of a supernatural reference. We had always planned on getting an apartment together so we eventually got jobs and got enough money to rent an apartment. Unfortunately, Blaire lost her job a few months ago so we had to get a roommate. We had flyers everywhere and that's when we met Kitty. She was born in England but she came to the United States for a job offer. Kitty has long blond hair that goes down to her waist and deep blue eyes.
I threw a blanket onto them and walked to my room. My room had gray walls and black furniture. I looked over to the bed where I saw my cat, Crystal, playing with a loose string on my soft pastel pink comforter. I pet Crystal and sat down on the bed while reaching over to grab my laptop. While browsing the internet, I discovered that Sleeping With Sirens was playing near our town in three weeks. There was also another band that was playing with them but I have never heard of them before. Their name is Pierce The Veil. Blaire's birthday was coming up and I know she likes SWS so I decided that I should buy the tickets for us to go. I checked the amount of money I had saved up to see if I had enough for them and gas. I checked out a few hotels as well and it turned out I had enough for us to go and stay two nights at the hotel. I purchased the tickets and the hotel room then I turned off my computer. I had a long day so I decided I would just fall asleep in my work clothes. I looked up Pierce The Veil on Youtube and listened to one of their albums while drifting off to sleep. Self medicate. While they sleep we let the night chase evil things away.

Today is Saturday meaning I don't have to work and I can watch Netflix all day. I walked into the kitchen and turned on the coffee machine. "Morning" Kitty popped out of the livingroom to come grab some coffee. "Good morning", I said yawning. I reached to the wooden cabinet to grab two coffee mugs out. Blaire normally sleeps in on Saturdays so I didn't bother to make her coffee yet. "So I figured out what I'm getting Blaire for her birthday. She's obsessed with anime so I'm buying her a Sailor Moon cosplay outfit!", Kitty said squealing with excitement. "That's kawaii af! I would tell you what im getting her but it's a secret." I giggled as Kitty began to pout. "Come on, I told you what I'm getting her. It's only fair." I laughed and walked over to the couch sipping on my coffee. "What's going on shit heads? I'm trying to sleep." Blaire stumbled over her own feet from her drowsiness. Kitty and I giggled and turned the other way around. "Hey guys! I'm here you know! I have feelings too. ir. "Nothing bunny. Can you feed Crystal and Luna for me" She let out a very exaggerated sigh. "Hey, Luna is your cat after all." I said giggling. "Fine." She stomped to the other room to grab the cat food.
Time Skip to the Next Week (Day of Blaire's Birthday Party)
Blaire's party wasn't very big and us being the awkward people we are, didn't have many people to invite. We invited around 5 people and spent most of the time playing Cards Against Humanity. We all decided, after an hour of card playing, that we should go to a club after we opened presents. First up were the people we invited and their presents were mainly cups and other give outs that they probably kept in their closet for a late moment present. Second to last was Kitty's present. Blaire opened the medium sized bag and pulled out the Sailor Moon Cosplay dress and black Luna Tights that go up to the knee. It was honestly really cute. "Thank you Kat. I love it." Blaire hugged Kitty and ran to her room to put it up in her closet. When she left, Kitty handed me a bag similar to the one she gave Blaire. I looked at her with a confused look. "Open it." She nodded while smiling. I opened it and it was the same outfit she got Blaire but it was a pink out fit and the tights were white. I smiled and hugged her. "It's adorable. Thank you Kit Kat." I put the clothes back into the bag and Blaire walked back into the room. "Ooh my turn!" I screamed. Everyone laughed at my childish behavior. I gave Blaire a card with the tickets in it. At first she looked disappointed thinking it was just a card but when she saw the inside she started crying. "OH MY GEE!! JENN, HOW DID YOU KNOW I LOVED PIERCE THE VEIL AND SLEEPING WITH SIRENS?! THANK YOU SO MUCHHHH!" She leaped over to me and gave me a bone crushing hug. "Happy Birthday Blaire Bear."
