Tj P.O.V.

"So you mean to tell me you booked over our wedding so you canceled ours? We had it first! This is outrageous. No, No, No. I want my money back. End of story. What? No refunds? Ya know what? Fuck you and your stupid venue anyways." Sj roared on the phone before hanging up. She sighed and huffed before collapsing on the bed next to me. "Babe, everything is going to be fine. All of it. We can just get married at a church. Or at the beach or something. Whatever you want to do. We can do." I told her as I sat up and looked at her. "Its just the point. Tj we get married in two days. Two. How are we gonna find a place to get married in that time. "We can always go to my parents lake house up in Pennsylvania. You'd love it. It's quiet, beautiful. And, its got a lake!" I cheered happily. She laughed and nodded. "Yeah, but we have to go see my mom. I haven't seen her in god knows how long. Like at least two years. And..." She explained but trailed off towards the end. "And what?" I asked, curious as to what she was gonna say. "She doesn't know we are together. Well, it isn't that its that she can't remember... I told her but the Alzheimer's is getting worse Bill, her husband, said." She told me, signing. "Don't worry. We can go see her before the wedding. On the drive up to the lake house. I'll just call my mom and tell her the situation. Then we can pack and get ready to go." I reassured her. She smiled and kissed me. "I don't know what'd I do without you." She cooed softly. I rolled my eyes as I got off the bed. "Nothing. Because you won't ever be without me." I told her and dialed my moms number. I'm getting married in two days...two..

Shane P.O.V.

"Mom?" I questioned as I opened the front door to her house. "Sj? Oh come in, darlin." Bill told me. God, his southern accent was annoying already. "Is my mom up?" I asked him as Tj shut the door behind us. "Yeah. She's good today. Her normal self. But I don't know if she'll be the same later." He warned me. I nodded and walked upstairs, Tj following right behind me. I made it to my moms door and turned to Tj. "Wait here first. I want to surprise her." I told him. He nodded and walked straight to my old room. I rolled my eyes and siled before walking in. "Sj? Oh my gosh what a surprise!" My mom exclaimed and hopped off the bed, hugging me instantly. I hugged her back. "Hey mom. I came here to see you and talk to you." I told her. She smiled as we sat on the end of her bed. "Mom, remember when I told you Tj and I started to talk again?" I questioned her. "Yes. Now where's my granddaughter. Oh I haven't seen her in ages." She cooed. That hit me right in my heart. Yes I know she has Alzheimer's and she's barely 50 but geez she doesn't know when to stop running her mouth. "Mom...I...look let me talk about what I'm gonna say before we get to that subject okay?" I told her. She nodded, still holding her smile. "Mom I'm getting married." I explained. She jumped with joy and hugged me. "Who is the lucky man? Why haven't I met him yet? Where is he? Is he here? Bill? Oh bill get the camera!" My mom hollered. "Yes he is. And yeah you have met him.." I trailed off. "Let's go to my room." I told her and walked out and to my room. I opened the door and Tj stood there with a big smile on his face. "Hi Ms. Belmont." He greeted her. Her eyes popped out of her head. "Oh Tj..." She cried and hugged him. "When? Where's Ej?" She asked. Tj's smile dropped. "Mom..you have Alzheimer's. You know that. What you don't remember is that Ej...Is gone..." I whispered. She started to shake. "Oh...why...I..yes. How could I forget something like that. I'm just..when's the wedding?" She asked blankly as Bill walked in with the camera. "Day after tomorrow. Its gonna be at Tj's parents lake house at one o'clock. You know the one we went to for Tj's 15th birthday? " I told her. She smiled and nodded. "We'll be there." She said. I nodded. "We're gonna go. We gotta go get the guys and set everything up." I told her. She smiled and nodded before hugging us both and kissing our cheeks. We walked downstairs and outside towards the car. This was a lot harder than I wanted it to be.
