*Leslie's P.O.V*
I woke up. I remember that today was my aunts memorial, and that Jasmin and I had to do our annual celebration for her.

I got up, careful not to wake Tony, and went to the bathroom to get ready. I put on some ripped black skinnies, all black vans, a nice button up dress shirt. As for my hair and make up, I just did some loose curled, and parted my hair to the right side, and just did a small smokey eye, and a small wing to add a flair.

I finished up getting ready and saw that Tony was still sleeping. Instead of waking him I just wrote him a note saying I would be out with Jasmin.

I quickly wrote the letter, and sent jasmin the message with the address on where to meet up.

I got to the place, and it was just beautiful. I got used to San Diego a bit more after Tony took me out the other day. We didn't exactly stop at all the places, but he gave me a sentence or two about each special place.

I got to this one park that had this huge lake that seemed to go on forever, and just sat down on the big rocks as I waited for Jasmin.

-Where the hell are you?!- Jasmin texted me.

-Look up ;)- I replied.

She looked up and immediately started laughing.

"Did you bring the balloons?" I asked her.

"Yeah, and they both have a piece of paper attached to the bottom of the string." She said with a weak smile.

"I'm so proud of you darling. You're really strong. I love you forever and always." I said hugging her tightly knowing she was getting emotional since it was her mom.

"Thank you that means a lot." She said with a brighter smile.

We each wrote down our things on the papers, and let our balloons go, and as they did, the sun came out from behind these gray clouds, and all the birds started chirping. Jasmin was so happy when she saw that happen.

"We at a beautiful sign of her telling us she's always there!" Jasmin said crying happy tears.

After that, I asked her if she wanted to go eat, and she agreed, so we went to this café that was in the area.

We walked in, and immediately got judged. Her for having dyed hair, dark clothes on, and dark make up, and I for having dyed hair, stretched ears, piercings, and wearing dark make up.

Little did they know it was the anniversary of a dead loved one. But people will judge before they know.

We sat down, and this lady that was sitting in front of our table, with her 11 maybeish old daughter got up immediately and started saying something under her breath.

I was in a not so good mood already and this just added to it.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you, wanna repeat what you just said." I said to her as she turned around in shock.

"I didn't say anything, but now that you asked. You're a disgrace to humanity. With your stretched ears, dyed hair, unbelievably dark clothing, and numerous piercings." She said and I think her twitched.

"Listen lady" I said getting in her face.

"Everything that I have on my body, has nothing to do with you, nor should it matter. Everything I have, can go back to normal in a matter or days, and I can always just redye my hair. But I won't because I'm not trying to please you or anyone for that matter. What I do with myself, has nothing that will affect you in any way. So now please don't judge, we are mourning the death of our family member, and I really don't need this bullshit today. Great example your setting for your kid." I said and sat back down.
