The next day, somewhere in some scorched hot, dusty desert.

Here i was, behind a big boulder, standing in front of Sinon, who were inspecting the screen showing my loadout. Her eyes caught the G28 with obvious interest. She had the Hecate II strapped across her back, her hands folded across her chest, her head tilted. I stand motionless, while Sinon's eyes fixed on the screen in front of her. The scorching desert heat distorts the air around us, but she seems unbothered, her focus entirely on the weapon displayed on the HUD. The rifle's details - even the sidearms catch the light filtering through the dusty atmosphere.

After a long moment, her fingers twitch slightly, the faintest movement of interest.

"G28, huh..." she says softly. "Not a bad choice. Balanced, controllable, and plenty of stopping power at medium to long range." She glances up, her icy blue eyes studying you for a moment before returning to the display.

"However," Sinon continues, her voice carrying the clinical tone of a marksman evaluating a tool, "I think your sidearms need some change..." I nod slightly at Sinon's assessment, my fingers hovering over the HUD to bring up the current loadout. The Mk. 23 pistol appears on the screen, its sleek black frame familiar in your hands. Sinon shifts her weight, crossing her arms as she studies the sidearm.

"Solid choice for stopping power," she says, tapping a gloved finger against her forearm in thought. "But since your equipment weight will not be an issue, I'd recommend a machine pistol or SMGs. The Glock 18 like mine or MP7 would work well." She pauses, gaze flickering to the G28 again before continuing.

"The G28 is reliable up to about six hundred meters, but for closer quarters, a high-ROF weapon will give you more options. At your level, a good sidearm is crucial when you're pinned down or forced to move fast."

I listen, nodding slightly as I process her advice. The logic is sound—having an option to suppress opponents at close range without sacrificing the G28's performance would be useful. The idea of transitioning to a submachine gun or machine pistol makes sense for the urban areas where you often operate.

"Right," I say, voice calm and steady. "I'll look into it."

Sinon seems pleased with the answer. "Great, you could try the gun later. But for now, we need to test your Sharpshooting Skill."

She climbs up onto a boulder with practiced ease, with me following behind her. The sun beats down on her olive and white jacket as she settles in, she rest her Hecate next to her before took out a Spotting scope, placing it between her and the edge of the boulder where she'd crouched low to the surface. The wind whips her short blue hair as she adjusts her position, boots planted solidly on the rock.

"C'mon, i'll be your spotter today." She motions for me to join her.

I settle in beside Sinon, the G28 coming to rest against my shoulder as i scan the distant horizon. A vast stretch of cracked desert sprawls before you, the heat distorting the distant hills into waves of mirage. The wind stirs small eddies of sand across the hardpan, occasionally revealing dark metal objects half-buried—likely the remnants of past gunfights or forgotten military experiments. Sinon's fingers dance across the spotting scope, twisting the focus ring as she searches for targets.

"Alright," she says, voice steady as always. "This should be a good spot. Plenty of open ground and a few wrecks out there." She moves the scope slightly. "I've lined up three targets for you somewhere down there."

Her icy gaze flicks toward me. "I want to see how good your shooting in all your three stances." She settles in behind the scope, adjusting her position slightly as she steadies the instrument. "We'll start with prone," she instructs. "You'll have the most stability, but sometimes, it could make you vulnerable."
