I looked to my right again. What the heck does he think he's looking at so diligently?

"Ya. He's staring at me again." I nudged my best friend, D.O.

"He's probably just staring out the window. you're sitting right next to it anyway." He said and continued reading his book.

"Correction, YOU'RE sitting right next to the window. Hey... Do you think maybe... He's gay?" I asked a stupid question, but it's a small world.

"Well... I AM quite handsome."

"Ha. You're really funny you know." I said back sarcastically.

"If I stare back... Wo--" D.O cut me off in the middle of my sentence. I was staring back at him already.

"He'll think you're a creep."

"Well it's too late now." I kept staring back at him, then our of nowhere he winked at me.

"D-D.O!! He just winked at me!!" He tried to act smart and use sarcasm.

"Congratulations. Wink back." I slapped D.O on the arm and looked back at the guy who kept staring at me. I slit my throat with my finger to threaten him.

"Ya! That hurt!" D.O complained. He just smiled back after I threatened him.

"He's getting creepier by the minute..."

"Not like you're any better." He laughed after saying that so I slapped him again.

"Ouch! Gosh Alyshia! He's wearing a hat and sunglasses! For all you know, he could be your dad."

"My dad my butt. What are you even talking about?" I rolled my eyes and continued staring at him. The bell suddenly rang for break.

"I'm gonna go up to him. Come with me D.O." I dragged D.O with me and walked up to him who was at his locker.

"Who are you?" I asked. I'm going to find out today. It's been a whole week since he's the new student. I need to know who the person staring at me everyday is. I mean, I know I'm pretty and all but hey. I don't need to get the creeps everyday.

"Come on, Loser. think." Whoa that voice was so unexpected. It's so familiar.

"Hey. Who are you to call her a loser?" D.O's right. The only person who calls me that is...

"Kai...?" I lifted an eyebrow and so did D.O."

"Are you crazy Alyshia? Kai? He's in the army!" D.O laughed then crossed his arms. The guy slowly took off his hat and sunglasses.

"Kai!!!!" I hugged him straight away. Kai in my one and only boyfriend who left me two years ago to join the army. Quite frankly, I didn't think he'd come back.

"Do you know how much I missed you?" I started to cry a bit because of all the joy.

"I missed you too!" He kissed my forehead and we hugged again.

"Hey hey. This is school; can you guys not." D.O kind of hates Kai because he likes you too, but Kai has already won my heart.

"What's our three words again?" Kai asked sarcastically.

"Well here we go again! Blah blah blah! Want another 3 words? I. Will. Puke." D.O complained then rolled his eyes.

"Love you, Admirer." Ever since year 4, we were each other's admirers and on our letter we'd call ourselves Admirer instead of our own names.

Look at us now. We're better admirers than D.O and his vomit.
