Mike Jacobs ^

Summer was quickly ending and school was slowly creeping up. He's new to California. He came from New York so fast he forgot he'd need to enroll at a new school. A fresh start is what he yearned for. That's why he moved; to forget his past.  He is Harry Styles.

When Harry finally moved into the new house with his mom, he couldn't believe the differences. For starters, he lived in an actual house instead of a cramped apartment in New York. Secondly, he actually felt at home, as strange as that sounds, in a place he'd been for less than a day.

Although he only knew one person in California, his neighbor, Mike Jacobs. He was prepared to tackle anything from this sunny state.

Harry's P.O.V.~

As I reclined on the azure sofa bed, sipping a cold glass of water after an exhausting day of unpacking, the ring of the doorbell sounded through the house. I had just taken a three minute break from unpacking so my heart was beating fast and beads of sweat were rolling down my face as i walked downstairs and approached the front door. But that was not all that had me sweating, the nagging thought kept running through my head,  "they found me." it said. When I reached the wooden door, I slowly and reluctantly turned the handle, prepared for the worst. Luckily, I was safe. For now.

I sighed in relief as i came face to face with none other than Mike Jacobs. My body visibly relaxed but Mike didn't seem to notice my strange demeanour.

"Harry! Long time no see!" Mike yelled in my ear as we did one of those bro hugs.

"Mike! Next time say your name instead of making me break a sweat."

"Ready for school tomorrow? We have the hottest girls in town. You are bound to be a ladies man."

"I always am a ladies man. They all just can't seem to stay away from me."

"Well you know, I'm quite the ladies man myself so you're going to have some competition."

"Sure man. Lots of competition. You're just going to have to share with me."

"Alright, I'll see you tomorrow at school. Try not to sweat anymore chicks at this school don't like that." With  that he walked out the door and closed it behind him.

For the rest of the day I sat around doing nothing until it was time to go upstairs and start fresh tomorrow.  I went to bed thinking about my new start. Hopefully this time around things went better than last time.
