Cersei was but a teenager when she met him. She sat at shore, staring out at the beautiful sea, Jaime was gone that day. And he appeared, swimming about. They were both alone and stressed; Cersei was because Jaime had left for King's Landing and Poseidon because he couldn't find love anywhere he went. But, when they saw each other, it was like it was meant to be.
"Hello." Cersei said, quietly, waving.
Poseidon turned to see who said that and smiled. "Hello!" he shouted from afar. He waved back. Poseidon swam ashore, and Cersei was amazed at how he moved in the water. They talked and talked. Eventually, Poseidon told her what he really was. She asked him if she'd ever see him again.
Yes was the answer. They did meet again, in King's Landing, after Cersei had wedded Robert and they conceived Perseus, or Percy his father liked to call him.
Everybody had thought it was Robert's because Percy had black hair, but he also had his mother's green eyes. But, they were not Lannister green, they were sea green, much like his real father's.
When he was a child, he knew he was a little different from the other kids his age. He felt drawn to the seas, always going out and taking in the fresh air in the afternoon or going swimming. Sometimes, he even felt healed by the water. Once, he had a cut on his cheek, and he went into the seas. He swam and when he came back out, the cut was gone. He knew there was something about him and the seas that was connected... or someone.
A few days later, Cersei bore another babe, she named him Joffrey, and of course Robert paid no attention to that. All Robert ever cared for was Lyanna Stark, which meant Cersei had to deal with drunken Robert every night. Robert started eating more and more and drinking wine almost everyday. Then, he started visiting brothels, and sometimes having them come to his chamber's, which was also Cersei's. Cersei hated the man. She wondered if there was anything real between them at all, she definitely didn't think so.
In fact, Percy despised him too. He respected him at one point, of course, for overthrowing the Targaryens and becoming a King. He looked up to him, that is, until he found his so-called father with another woman, laughing and drinking. After that, Percy swore to himself that he would get revenge for the way he treated his mother. He believed that one day the Usurper would have something coming to him. After all, he was still just the usurper. Flea Bottom was filled with criminals and the poor, wenches, and all of the filthy beings. Why? Because Robert Baratheon didn't care. But, Percy did, and he planned on changing the way the streets looked.

They were almost reaching Winterfell, yet Joffrey was still complaining. He complained about almost everything: how he was uncomfortable and how cold it was. Meanwhile, Percy rode by his uncle Jaime to get away from Joffrey, you could tell he was very annoyed of him. Twice did Percy catch Joffrey cutting and skinning animals; and twice did he beat Joff up for it. His punishment was he had to apologize to the little punk, but Robert insisted that they sort the argument out by sword-fighting, with the wooden ones, of course.
"How long?" Joffrey asked, irritated.
"Soon, my darling boy." Cersei replied.
Percy knew Joffrey had it easy. He was always hiding behind Cersei's skirt, getting called out by Robert, and buying other kids. Percy was always the one to save Myrcella and Tommen from Joffrey's irresponsible and horrid acts.
"I cannot stand him. It is like dealing with a wild animal that can only be tamed by the mother animal. The things I would do to him if it weren't for mother protecting him..." Percy paused for a bit, then continued. "Why does she protect him? He is a undisciplined brat."
"My dear nephew, nobody can stand Joffrey... and it is quite easy to tame him. Slap him, that is what I would do... or did. He will have to learn sooner or later, once you are King, you can throw him out to Flea Bottom to learn the life of the poor." Tyrion said.
"Well, it will not be easy to do once I am king... mother will surely keep . I mean, what will she do? Disown me?"
Tyrion and Percy turned to look at each other, they ended up roaring in laughter. Of course, once Percy was somehow King, he would have Joffrey's head. Both of them knew it was both easier said then done.

When they arrived, the Starks and people of Winterfell were kneeling as their King and royal family came. They introduced himself and Robert asked Eddard, or Ned as they knew him, to show Robert to the crypts. Cersei insisted that it wait, but it ended with Robert telling her to shut her mouth. Boy did Percy want to shut Robert up. He knew Robert loved Lyanna, a dead woman, more than anything else that was alive. But, he just couldn't understand how his mother put up with that.
He turned and started following his mother. They walked up to the Starks, Percy examining them. Lady Sansa, the oldest daughter of Ned, looked a lot more like her mother. She had her mother's red hair and blue eyes. Meanwhile, Arya looked a lot like her father with her brown hair and dark eyes. She almost even looked like Lyanna Stark, by how his grandfather Tywin Lannister had described Lyanna in the stories. He stared blankly at her, recalling the detail his grandfather used to describe Lyanna Stark, the whole reason why the Rebellion even started. Arya noticed this and looked up at him. "What are you looking at?" Arya asked. "Arya, don't be rude." her mother said. "Sorry-"
"Its okay." Percy said, smiling. He wore his house colors, light red Lannister and brownish Baratheon. He wore a crimson cape over everything. He wore gray gloves, made by Myrcella with with help from Cersei.
He stretched his hands out, "Prince Perseus Baratheon, please, call me Percy.. everybody does." Percy said.
Arya smiled and shook his hands. "Lady Arya, I presume." Percy said. Arya was quite surprised he knew her name.
"You must be Robb Baratheon." he shook Robb's hand.
While he continued introducing himself to the Starks, Joffrey was in the back of his mother, not wanting any contact with anyone. Then he met Jon Snow, who interested Percy. They became quick friends, talking about sword-fighting and the how it was back at King's Landing compared to Winterfell.
