Chapter 5

Maria woke up to a white bright light in her face.  She quickly moves only to slow down when she felt a sharp pain on the back of her head.

She slowly opens her eyes to the light. The sun was beaming through a wide paned window she could hear sword play and arrows hitting the targets plus the laughter and chatter of campers??

But most importantly of all the breathing of a person in the room.
Her eyes flutter as she tries to focus on the person in the room.

A centaur. Brilliant maybe he hasn't noticed that she was awake and she could slip back into the darkness the safeness of the dream world. But atlas he had noticed.

"So you awake then, don't try to get up you'll be bed ridden for a couple of day to be sure you concussion is over " great a concussion just what I need. I try to say something but nothing comes out instead her head aches and a sharp pain runs down her spine she feels dizzy and push her hard deeper into the soft pillow.

" sorry about that but they weren't sure on how to get you here they ..." She fades m into unconsciousness and back again "...... They brought you here they found you interesting special I'm sure you'll explain whe....." Back into unconsciousness and back " you are save her at camp...." "What" she whispers softly. " Your at camp halfblood" she fades fully into the world of unconsciousness not to wake until several days later this is when the dreams start to begin.

Group pov.

"I feel bad for what we did we shouldn't of hit her so hard"
" she would of been dangerous if we didn't"  " yeah but..." "But nothing she's here now she's safe" " if we have her on our side we may be able to finally get Luke and he won't be able to use her against us"

" what would the gods do if they found out?" " mostly nothing if they new of her they would of found her by now yet they don't really care for what we do "  
" I know but what if "
" life is full of what ifs it's the chance we get that will change our futures." " look there's Chiron hopefully he'll have good news for us "
