( If you're wondering, yes, I did go backwards, if you can see the dates are different.)

Today was my 16th birthday, not like anyone cared though, my parents were fighting so I couldn't tell them that it was my birthday, they should know that! The only person that really gave notice was Eric, he texted me all morning long until I looked at my clock and realized it was afternoon. I told him to come over, then threw my phone onto my bed and turned on my T.V. A few minutes after that I turned on my Xbox too, and popped in Call Of Duty Black Ops 2. I hadn't played for long before I heard knocking on my door, I paused the game and walked over to open it. Eric jumped out at me when I opened the door, trying to scare me, typical Eric. I picked up my controller and flopped back on my bed.
"So... What is happening right now?"
Eric was looking at the screen, seeming confused. Eric was never a real gamer, he just liked going outside and exploring nature, he was also a science guy too, I would be playing my game and he would watch for hours telling me how bad the physics are and things like that. And of course he did it this time too,
"If the jet shot from that side of the building it would not fall that way! If i'm correct it would just collapse onto itself and fall to the ground!"
"Eric I don't care."
I could tell after our little conversation he was getting bored, so I got up and turned off the Xbox and T.V.
"Eric lets go do something, I'm getting bored"
"Lets go to the general store, man! I brought cash!"
"How much?"
"25 bucks man!"
"Ok, whatever you say..."
I told Eric to go unhook the bikes from the racks in the garage while I got something to drink, I changed my mind after I heard, again, Mom and Dad fighting over what we should do with the beef in our fridge. Maniacs. I turned around and headed toward the garage to help Eric.
After we got the bikes off the racks we started to pedal to the 7/11 gas station by my house, we threw our bikes to the side and walked in the store.
"What are you getting Eric?"
"Snickers, obviously!"
Right... I had forgotten Eric's favorite candy.
"I'll just get a Coke."
Eric picked both of them up and then threw the Coke to me,
"Here is your Coke David."
"Thanks."
We brought our stuff to the counter and Eric paid, then we got on our bikes and rode back home. Me and Eric got back to my room without disturbing our parents, and then we relaxed, eating and drinking our items we bought. I turned on my Xbox again and got two controllers this time, I threw one to Eric before taking my own, and then sat on my bed.
"Wait... I don't play Xbox?!"
"Well you're about to learn Eric."
I taught him the basics of gaming, which I can say took quite a while! After I taught him how to play we stayed on Xbox all night until Eric fell asleep in his chair. I took his controller out of his sleeping hands and put it on the charger rack. I turned off everything and got into my pajamas. While I lay in bed I think about how much of a good-bad life I have. I have Eric, but I also have terrible parents. Oh well... I sigh as I rest my head into my pillow, and close my eyes. I was interrupted by a noise downstairs, it sounded like glass or something, I went downstairs slowly to check it out. I peeked around the corner and saw glass all over the kitchen floor, then I saw my cat. Of course it was the cat! I shooed it off the counter before going back to bed.
Goodnight.
