I sit on the beach alone, staring at the waves.

I see him come over, my heart pounding crazy.

Does he still care about me? We've been through everything.

He sits close, he gets closer and closer.

He crashes his lips onto mine, just like the waves crash onto the sand.

It was that moment I realized.

I was the sand, he was the waves.

Waves that would never stop splashing water.

Just like he would mever stop caring for me.

I was the sand, the sand that always needed the waves to be happy.

I sure had waves right there.

And he sure was crashing onto the sand and making it happy once again.
