Truth

The car ride had been eerily quiet. Dean and Sam didn't say a word all in turn neither did Rose. She wasn't sure how the boys would react once they knew what she was.

"I can't take it anymore. Yell at me or do something. I can't take the silence anymore." Rose yelled throwing her arms in the air.

"What was that? What happened at that lake? You were glowing Rose." Sam asked.

"The mating between angels and humans is illegal so to say."

"Angels?" Dean asked interrupting her.

"Yes angels Dean. There are demons and there are angels. The only difference between the two is angels watch over people and demons cause chaos. Other than that there both assholes." Rose explained." So like I was saying humans and angels aren't allowed to have children but that doesn't mean they haven't and won't. About sixty years or so ago Micheal fell in love with a human girl. The two were madly in love and had a child. Demons came in the night while Micheal was gone and killed the poor girl. They were going to kill the baby but Micheal came and killed all the demons; saving his baby girl. Micheal wanting to protect his baby girl Lilly. So he took her and hid her with a human family. There was no doubt in anyone's mind that she was beautiful. She didn't just attract humans though. Creatures of all kinds flocked to her like moths to flame. " Rose explained sitting down on the bed.

"Wow that's impressive I can't even do that." Dean laughed trying to lighten Rose's spirit.

It did. Rose laughed softly.

"She also attracted the one thing you wouldn't think had a heart. Demons." Rose whispered." Something that's far more illegal than angels and humans having kids. Oh and she knew what they were. She was given to a family of hunters. Lilly much like her mother fell in love with something that wasn't human. She fell in love with a demon. He was just in love with her. To think that she could make a demon love was unthought of. Like all forbidden love stories they ran away together. They got married. The two of them used the same ring there parents did. It was one of the only things Lilly had from her real parents." Rose closed her eyes taking a deep breathe. "There were words engraved on the rings. The smaller one said 'I love you' and the bigger one said 'Always and forever'" Rose whispered.

Dean gasped. He knew who they were.

"Not long after they had a baby girl. They named her Roseline. But called her Rose." At this point Rose was starting to cry.

Both boys flocked to her side. They rubbed her back as she continued.

"Six months after the baby was born the father left in the night. Saying it was safer for both of them if he was gone. The mother was never the same after that. She started going dangerous missions. Once the child could she went to. She's almost died a lot. Not once though did they ever fight a demon. Her mother was killed before her seventeenth birthday. She was kidnapped by a wendigo not long after that. She was in that cave until two brave hunters saved her. And now she's hunting with them." Rose finished.

"So your a?" Dean asked.

"A very messy hybrid of forbidden love." Rose joked.

"Ha ha. Okay now seriously what are all your forbidden love stuff?" Dean laughed.

"I have angel, demon, human blood." Rose answered.

"So that's why you were glowing and pretty much flew out of the lake." Sam whispered.

"Yeah."

"So wait what did you promise yourself your never do?" Dean asked.

"Before I was kidnapped and starved. All that fun jazz. My mom and I were on a mission getting rid of a werewolf or two but it turned out to be a whole pack when I got there. Something inside me snapped and I slaughtered every last werewolf there single handedly in less then a minute. My mom came and brought me back. I was drenched in blood and non of it was mine. I promised myself I would never go demon again. I had to though. It was the only way to save Andrea." Rose whispered.

"It's okay." Sam whispered hugging her.

Rose started crying. Sam let her cry as long as she needed in his arms. Dean sat next to her rubbing circles into her back.
