Jason

Glancing at Leo, I could see jealous flash across his face. He obviously had something for Charlotte. I acknowledged that. It was cute to me.

"Has Leonard made a move yet?" I whispered to her.

She giggled and shook her head. "Leave us alone. What makes you so sure he wants me anyway?"

I tilted my head at her. "Have you seen the way he looks at you?"

"He looks at me like a normal person!" She whispered a bit loudly.

"Shh! I swear you don't know how to whisper." I laughed and glanced back at Leo. "But no he doesn't. The look he gives you is how he used to look at Kiera.. Well when they actually gave a care about each other.."

She sat up and shook her head, laughing. "You're nuts, J."

"I'm just being honest." I shrugged, sipping my glass. Normally I don't care about anyone else's relationships but my own but this one needed to happen. "Hey, Char! Which one of us would you rather go on a date with?"

She gave me a death glare but with a smile creeping at the edge of her lips. "I don't know. I never thought about it."

"Hm.. Marc?" I asked.

"Marc just got married! No!"

Marc laughed and shook his head, swallowing his beverage. "How about Chip?"

Chip raised a brow at the sound of his name. Charlotte laughed. "No. Chip is like... He's like a dad figure. I see him more as my dad rather than a lover or whatever you want to call it."

"She just called you old." Eric finally spoke to where I could hear him.

"Fifty-one isn't even old!" Chip objected. This made us all laugh. He was the eldest out of all of us. We knew that he knew he was old. "Whatever, forget you. What about Leo?"

We all looked at her besides Leo. Don't even lie, Char, I thought. She looked at me and giggled. "Yeah, I'd date Leo."

Leo looked up at her, smirking. "You would?"

"I mean, yeah! You're a nice guy. You're not ugly." She blushed a little.

Watching Leo try to smoothly set up a date with her was ugly. I know he hasn't been on a date since Kiera but come on! It's like he doesn't hang out with me enough. "What're you doing on Saturday?" "Will you go to the movies with me then?" What was that! It was like he just wanted to die alone! I then planned on meeting up with him one day and teaching him how to properly ask a girl out.

I think I was more so upset at the fact that she said 'yes' after that. It was crappy.

As soon as I finished my first glass, I began to ask for another but I was interrupted by a loud bang. It was Eric's hand hitting the table top.

"I have to confess something and I can't wait any longer." He said.
