Holiday from hell.

Chapter 5: Awkward

So sorry for the lack of updated but I was being kinda lazy .My school has just started up , so I'll be updating on the weekends.The song up there is my favourite song ever !!! . ANYWAYS ENJOY!!!
The man came running up to us . He was kinda sweaty because of the fight but at least he would help us. "Omg! Are you girls ok." We're good now" I said ." Thanks for saving us and all "I said shyly . "Um no problem " he said blushing violently and looking away ."My names mark by the way . "You were like amazing how did you learn to kick like that ". Lucy said over dramatically. "Um I do a lot of martial arts " he said rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. "What you doing around the streets this hour of the night your not" he said staring at my completely torn shirt . "No!" I said going as red as his face. "Do you have a place to stay in for the night you don't sound local anyway". "Um no you see our plane crashed and we were stranded , then we got rescued " I paused as his phone started ringing . "Sorry " he mouthed and walked a little bit away . He started speaking fluent German. The man on the other end sounded familiar . He ended the call and looked at us worried . "So you said you had no where to stay". "Yeah we're sorry if we're holding you up but I'm sure there will be a little B and B ..somewhere " I said in a rush. "Ya right "he said chuckling slightly. "Look I was just talking with my roommate and he was saying it was fine for you guys to stay with us , you'll just have to put up with his moods ". He said slowly . I didn't know German but I knew well he was lying the man on the phone sounded furious . "I know your lying " I said after a little pause . He just sighed and brought us to his little Honda .

The drive was awkward but I didn't mind so much because it was quiet . "So your friends quiet i laughed slightly . Lucy was everything but quiet. Mark kept looking at me the whole time i was getting really self conscious . " What" I snapped . He looked away quickly and focused on the road though we were the only car on this deserted street . "Nothing " he whispered and pulled up at a apartment complex . It looked like the rough side of town but I decided to not comment . Lucy was sleep walking up the endless steps up to the floor . "So tell me why we're not in an elevator" Lucy gasped leaning against a dirty wall for support . She was never a girl for fitness but was always model skinny . " Broken we've tried to get the landlord to fix it and umn he said he would " . Mark rambled like this all the way up the stairs . We got to the apartment (at last) and he invited us in . There was a man sitting on the couch with his back to us watching some rubbish and grunted when mark said hi. "These are the two girls I was talking about who where attacked . The man got up and obviously had no interest but tried to be polite . Lucy suddenly gasped . To be honest I thought she was having a stroke after all those flights we walked up . "Taylor! Lucy screamed . "Oh god " Taylor groaned . "Nice to see you to " I said sarcastically. " Taylor I told you to be nice " mark said sliding his glasses up his nose . "Yeah Yeah "Taylor sighed waving his hand dismissing us . He sat back on the couch and that seemed to be that. "Don't mind him" mark said awkwardly. "Where am I gonna sleep?" Lucy wailed . I gave her a sharp poke and she glared at me. "Right through here he said like a mother hen flapping about . He opened the door for her and she slammed it in his face . Taylor laughed slightly from the couch . "Guess I'm on the couch then since queen sheba decided to take my bed". "And where's Mark going to sleep?" I felt sorry for the little nerd." On the floor " was Taylors reply .
When I was getting ready for bed I saw the state of myself and felt very self conscious "no wonder he was staring at me in the car I look a bloody state" I said out loud. I heard a light knock on the door and opened it to see a tired looking Mark . "Hi " I whispered . "What's up?" " um well I was just checking if you were ok . "Yeah I'm fine " I lied I needed new cloths and something to eat like now . "You want a shirt to sleep in Taylors got some spare . "That would be great . I sighed . He stood there for a few seconds just looking into my eyes . He snapped out of his trance and went to get the shirt . He came back and sat on the end of the bed I went into the bathroom to change . It looked like a stripers dress on me with some german words on it . I came back into the room and sat beside mark on the end of the bed . He smiled at the shirt I had on . " what dose the words say on it . "Oh umm the shirt was crumpled by the way I was sitting and he reached out to straighten it. "I got it " I said pushing his hands away . I straightened it out. "It's says eternally yours . Oh I said going red . He went like a tomato . " well goodnight " he said getting up and turning off the light. "Night" I replied . And I fell into a deep sleep.

What do you guys think Marella I ship it there's a few more surprises in store so the next update may take a while
