Blake's POV

I ended up going back to Ezra's apartment. I opened the door very slow. It creaked a bit as I peaked inside. Ezra was passed out on his bed. I swung the door all the way open and stepped inside. I then tip toed to my room and set my stuff down. I unzipped my bag and grabbed the book I had been reading at the moment. I read for about an hour, until I also passed out. I woke up pretty late to see Ezra had already left to go teach.

Spencer's POV

I got some super terrible migraines before school. I took some pills, actually I took one more than I was supposed to just to make sure it worked. Yet it still didn't. I hade no clue what to do. I decided to just stay home from school. I texted all the girls about it and started reading a book, to cure my boredom. I finished my book, but I was still very bored. I decided to head down to the brew because I was craving one of the strawberry banana smoothies they make there.
~Time Skip~
Once I got to the brew I ordered my strawberry banana smoothie. After I got it I looked around for a place to sit. I saw sitting at the front of the brew Blake. I'm surprised she hasn't gone back to school since she moved back to rosewood. I haven't really gotten to know her so I took this as my opportunity.
"Mind if I join you?" I asked
"Oh! Hey, no I don't mind." She replied
Blake pulled a little purple beaded bracelet identical to the one Alison gave to me and the rest of the girls. She placed it into the book she was reading as a bookmark.
"Where did you get that bracelet?" I questioned
"Alison gave it to me." She said
"Can I see it?" I asked
She handed the bracelet to me and I noticed the name on the bracelet was Jessica not Blake. I had a puzzled look on my face as I asked,
"Why does this say Jessica, did Ali rename you or something?" I joked
She chuckled before she answered me.
"No. Jessica is my real name."
"So why does everyone call you Blake." I said
"It's my middle name, plus I like it better than Jessica. Jessica is a way to girly name for me." She replied
I laughed.
"How did you know Alison?" I asked
"Everyone knew her. I just ran into her one day, back then I had a bad girl reputation." *chuckle* "Alison knew of me and I knew of her. We just became friends." She replied
"You kinda remind me of Ali."
"I'm not sure if that's a bad thing or a good thing." Blake joked
I laughed before answering.
"Well you're kinda mysterious like Alison, but you don't seem like the kind of person who would manipulate people like Ali did." I said
Blake chuckled once more.
"Alison was always the boss." She answered
"Yeah, standing up to Alison was not easy. In fact it's one of the hardest things I've ever done." I replied
There was a moment of silence. We just started out the windows. I finally broke the silence with a question.
"What do you think is the hardest thing you've ever done?" I asked
"That's easy, saying goodbye to my best friend in the whole world. Having to tell them it was time for me to leave. But what made it even harder was seeing them again." She said
Wait. Was Blake just talking about Alison? They were once good friends. And if she is talking about Ali is she implying that Alison is still alive? So I flat out asked her.
"Are you talking about Alison?"
And with that she grabbed her things and left. She had to be talking about Alison. I had to tell the girls.
