The Butterfly Challenge
1. Get a marker, preferably red, as it shows better.
2. Write the names of people you love/ or butterflies if you want to.
3. You have to let the marker fade naturally, no scrubbing.
4. If you cut while they are still on your arm, the butterflies/people die.
Even if you do not self harm, do this to show support.
