Le Next Morning:
Kid woke up to the smell of Bacon and eggs. Sudden burst of energy came rushing through Kid. "Soul wake up!" Kid shook Soul awake. "What is something wrong?" "No it's Christmas." "What are you so excited for? I thought you didn't like Christmas." "I didn't but now I have you and I want to like Christmas for that reason." Soul smiled and hugged Kid. "Alright fine let's go." Soul and Kid walked out of Souls room and into the kitchen. Maka was making breakfast while Crona was on the couch reading. "Kid?" Kid looked at Crona. "Yeah?" "H...how can you read th...this s...stuff?" Crona held up the book Kid was reading. "I just do?" Soul looked at the two confused. Maka then came into the living room putting everyone's plates on the coffee table. Soul spoke up as Soul, Kid, and Maka sat down. "Why what's it about?" "Just a murder." Crona shook his head. "M...more than that. Th...the main c...character kills anyone and everyone. The b...book goes into s...such detail." Kid smiled. "You can't let that bother you. Otherwise you won't see it for what it really is." After that everyone ate and agreed to meet at Kids later that night to open presents.
Later that Night:
Everyone was sitting in Kids living room talking and thanking each other for the gifts they had received from each other when a knock rung through the house. Kid went and answered it but back away as three other people came into view. Liz spoke up. "Who's this Kid?" Kid slightly trembling answered. "My mom Toria my brother Vincent. And my step dad Mark."
