I've made up my mind, I'm going to do this, whatever it takes.
"Got all the stuffs I told you to bring?" Trevor asked me. We're at his place but Tori decided to go home instead because her mom needs her to watch over her little brother. Trevor got their own workout place in their basement so no need to worry to go to gym and pay for an instructor, wow, rich people nowadays.
"Yeah, you sure this will work?"
"Yeah. Trust me on this Dee."
"So let's start then?"
"Sure, c'mon."
We headed down to their basement. It's full of heavy duty gym stuffs or whatever they call it. The area is pretty huge and spacious, no wonder Trevor maintains his figure perfect in shape.
First, Trevor gave me few reminders and instructions on how to work on the equipments properly then one by one he used all the needed equipments for our workout and showed me on how to work on them.
Before we go on to the heavy stuffs, we need to loosen up first so Trevor told me to warm up first since it is my first time to work out, just some stretchings and jogs would do, well I gotta listen to him if I want to reach what I wanted, and yeah of course I don't wanna get body crumps so I really needed to warm up before every workout session, and this is going to be everyday, every after class we go straight to Trevor's place.
"So let's hit this thing." He pointed on a treadmill on the far end of the room.
"You need to sweat so that somehow you'll lose weight and fats."
"Oh yeah, I know how to work on this, so how long will I run-jog on this?" I asked him
"At least 15 minutes for your first round, then you can take a good 5-minute break then run again for 20 minutes. Every workout session we're going to have this, treadmill will always be the first thing you'll hit, ok?"
"Right."
With that I took a step on the treadmill and let Trevor set the time, I took my iPod and played a song, listening to music can sometimes relax me.
I've set my mind and dedication on this. I want this and I will do everything to have what I want.
After my treadmill run, Trevor showed me on how I can reduce my big fat belly. He laid 2 single mats, I'm guessing that we're having curl-ups this time. TIME TO WORK ON MY SIX-PACK BABY! Well at least remove some fats first.
"You don't have to push yourself too much, just go on until you feel satisfied. I know how much you want this Dee so you better work with me." Trevor helped me lay my back on to the mat and placed his arms to my knees for support.
"Remember, do not push yourself too much, do it within your capacity." He reminded me.
"Yes sir!" I mocked him, but of course I still have my dedications.
Our first day of workout went very very tiring, I bet this'll be kicking me tomorrow reminding me on how I worked my body, but I can handle the pain if it will lead me to a better me. Yeah sounds cheesy and corny as hell but what can I do, right?

Damn, my body hurts like hell! I didn't realize that it would be this painful, oh well, what's done is done right? I just have to think of all the positive outcomes.
