I was sitting in form when I thought to myself. Why is it so hard to talk to a guy you like, let alone tell them you like him. I always have my best friend kem to give me advice and make me feel better about it all, though I still don't know what to do. Mum gave me advice too! She over heard me,Kem and Raadia talking about him. She said I should just smile and say hi! I even find that so hard to do what if I end up making myself look like emily garret?! I'll never live that down.
I was waiting out side english just staring into space when I saw Kem walking towards me, she was doing that face where she try's not to smile. That's when I knew he was behind me. Felix. I slowly moved to the other side of the wall so I wouldn't feel so awkward, we just stood there in silence smiling and trying not to laugh, then miss opened the door and everyone piled into the class room. Felix sat on the side table, next to Kem's and me behind her. I watched kem struggle to pull her chair away from the table, he turned to me, a look of complete confusion spread across he face, I turned away not really knowing how to act when I saw him pull his bag slightly closer to him and kem sat down. She turned to me and I tried ever so hard not to laugh.

I was now into the last lesson of the day. French, YAY! Mr soyer decided to make us stand round the room, I guess he was changing the seating plan. He moved Kem to sit in-between Curtis and Felix. I should have guessed I would end up being on the other side of the room to them! Why does that always happen to me and Imogen cooper sit next to felix ugh!
" Imogen's swap please." said mr soyer.
Yes! Yes! Yes! I was doing a little happy dance in my head. As I swapped with the other imogen I glanced over at Kem and smiled she gave me a wink and carried on talk to curtis about how he broke up with his girlfriend!
Felix smiled and said hi, I zoned out for a bit staring at the dark waves in his hair.
"Imogen?!"
"Oh sorry I spaced out there." I said starting to blush.
" Yeah I noticed." He said/laughed.
"Are you any good at french." I said while trying to change the subject plus I was terrible a french so it would help to sit next to someone who knew what they were doing.
" Not really, I've been copying the other imogen:p."
" That makes two of us then!"
We talked for a while about if I liked the school, how different to hollyfield it is and other random things.

A few months later.
Me and felix have become quite close over the past few months, I guess sitting next to him does make a difference! We've been doing home work over at his and he's come to mine a few times! I really like him but I don't know if he likes me back. Kem's always telling me to just go for it because he shows signs saying he does like me, but I just don't know!

"Imogen there's something I really need to tell you!"
" I'm listening, you can tell me anything!"
" There's this girl I really like but I don't know how to tell her!"
I swore I felt my heart crumble to pieces.
" You should just come out and say it. I'm sure she likes you back, she'll be lucky to have you!" I said putting on a fake happy voice and trying to hold back the tears!
" Ok, Imogen."
"Yeah?"
" I really like YOU! I have for a long time I just didn't know how to tell you, would you go out with me imogen?"
My heart skipped a beat as I sat there in complete amazement. I was stunned! " Felix I don't think you under stand how happy I am right now, I've liked you for so long! Of cause I will!!! YES!
