Chapter 5: huh?, so you realy care.
I woke up to the sound of people talking around me. Its was very bright and it suddenly hit me. I was in a hospital bed. I thought about all the thing that happened before me waking up and I remember everything, the date , Kim and that guy Link. I tried to open my eyes and it was hard but I managed. After I scanned my surroundings i saw Kim sitting next to me and I said "Hey you alright , how long have I been like this?" She loocked in awe and I really didn't understand until she said "Oh thank gosh you woke up". She took my hand and said "you've been like that for a weak, harsh blow to your head". I was really surprised, a weak? I spent that long just by a punch. I needed to investigate so I asked "But how i really just received a punch". She looked concerned and after a little hesitantion she said "He didn't punch you but he didn't stop there". She looked away she was very sad and that really broke my heart. Before I could ask she continued "He pushed me aside and just keep hurting you , he just threw you around like you were paper". The next thing she did really threw me off, she started crying. I didn't like any of it so I said "Shhh dont cry im all right aren't I?". She looked relieved and controlled some of her breathing. When calm I dicided to sit up and bent down and kissed her forehead. Her cheeks were slightly pink and I could feel my cheeks heating up as well.(Did I really do that?) I thought to my self and said "Hey , so you know where my mom is?" trying to change the subject. She knew the answer so she didn't do much thinking and said "She on her way over so don't worry". "Ok, so you know when im getting out of here?" I said thinking of all the freaking homework I missed. She simply said "Today" and before i could ask her how she was and if she'd like to go to my place my mom came in. She look extremely happy and with a tight hug she said "Im so happy you alright" she let go of me and went to kim giving her a hug. "Thanks for helping it meant much to me" she said as she took off her jacket and her reading glasses. Before i could ask anything she went to my bed and fixed my pillows which was just an excuse to get close to my ear and say "I really like the girl". I tried to do my best and not make it awkward so I just said "I know" knowing that Kim didn't know what we were talking about.

I was finally out of that wierd hospital robe and into a pair of my own clothes. We went outside and I said "So can I drive?". My mom and Kim laughed at this and after a while my mom said "I sadly need to go to work so Kim here will drive you everywhere you both please". Kim silently agreed to this and while I said goodbye to my mom Kim got in and started the car moments after I got in. It was silent so I said "So, were do you want to go?" she thought aboutit and said "I dont know, you have anywhere in mind?". I already had it in mind so i said "We could go to my house and order pizza while we watch a movie". She thought about it and I took the opportunity to add "Like a second date, you know? or a 1.5 but that doesn't matter". She chuckled and said "Sure lead the way".

We had arrived and both got out of the car. I got my keys and opened the door and said "Home sweet Home". Kim looked around and said "Wow this is really clean" I laughed at what she said and replied "My mom is a real clean freak". She really liked my home so I wasn't really worried "So what movie you wanna watch?" i said after quickly ordering pizza. "How 'bout something romantic?" she said luckily my mom had a fine selection of romantic movies from old to new. Me with no clue on what to suggest i said "So how 'bout you check all the movies and pick one?". She replied with a simple "ok" I knew she wasn't the talking type but when she did I really enjoyed to hear her voice in every matter. She finally picked a movie and I placed it on the DVD player. We ate and watched the movie together its was a little silent so I said "Hey I know two date and counting this one three but , would you want to be my girlfriend?". She nearly choked on the pizza she was eating but thankfully nothing to serious and said "I'd love to". I was almost going to squeal but I couldn't event if I was super excited I managed to say "Then its official". I was pleasantly going to continue the conversation until she said "crap its already 10:30 its getting late I should go". We walked to the door and said out goodbyes , she gave me a kiss in the cheek making the turn pinkish. After that she left I closed the door went to my room and called it a night

Kim's p.o.v
Ok Ok Ok calm down I thought to myself. I said yes and I didn't die of excitement. Jake always finds a way to make me nervous or make me laugh. Im so happy I said yes and I'm really surprised that my face didn't turn red. I looked myself in my room and went ro sleep.
