Well I know I'm still behind on replying to comments (sorry) but I figured the wait for this chapter has been long enough.
Unfortunately, like I mentioned in the notes of the last chapter, burnout did indeed creep up on me. And after I had gotten over that, something happened at my job (where I do all of my writing) that slowed down my ability to write exponentially.
I really didn't mean for it to take this long but such is life.
