Jade's POV:

You know that feeling when you just don't know what to do anymore, and then a person grabs your hand and makes you run to your Biology class, and so you reciprocate?

Yeah, that's what I feel right now. Perrie just grabbed my hand and ran towards where she probably thought was the right classroom.

Running to the boring Biology class was definitely NOT in my daily routine. It looks like I am very excited to go to my next class, with all the running, the smiling, and the laughter with Perrie.

The reason I did those things weren't because I was dying to go to my Biology class, because God knows that I hate it so much, but it's because I am here, in the school, running in the corridor, holding the hands of the girl I met not so long ago, which I may or may not have a crush on.

I freaking felt like I was on Cloud 9!!!!!

I looked at Perrie shyly when we finally reached the classroom we've been looking for. She giggled and opened the door for me, stepped aside like a real gentleman, and held the door open for me to step right in.

Normally, I would feel anxious and downright irked out if someone else did this for me. But it's Perrie. It feels silly and downright flattering on my part. She looked up at me with her puppy face and I just could not resist it.

I giggled at her and stepped in the classroom. I waited for her to come in so we'd both sit down on the same time and possibly, get closer as we interact more with each other.

As she got in, her eyes went wide and there is a look of fear and pure horror etched in her face.

"Oh crap. This CANNOT be real. This can't be happening right now! It's not him, it's just my imagination," Perrie said desperate for an answer to be given by someone.

Unfortunately, I didn't know what she was talking about until I followed her gaze, which landed on Ryan Gosling.

If you didn't know, Ryan Gosling is the hottest guy in school, and he's also very rich and talented. Most girls would kill just to be his girlfriend. He used to hit on me last year and would always tell me pick up lines that were so lame. I rejected him because, well, because I'm gay, duh!!!

But I still didn't know what Perrie was doing staring at Ryan with pure horror on her face.

"Hey Perrie, something wrong?" I gently asked and touched her arm. She became all flustered and red and very subtly forced a breath that she was holding, out.

That's when Ryan saw Perrie and looked shocked as well too. He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion and got up from his chair to greet Perrie.

"Hey babe," he said, with so much emotion that I can't quite decipher.

And that's when I realized that Ryan called Perrie babe. Which means they probably know each other from past encounters. I looked at them with, I'm pretty sure, my jaw dropping.

"Hello to you too, Ryan," Perrie coldly responded. I looked at her as if I just saw a ghost. She had such a cold tone when she acknowledged Ryan that I was shocked to see Ryan not turn into an ice statue(geddit? Okay....).

"Perrie, we need to talk," he said as his tone got softer.

"What do you want to talk about, Gosling?" Perrie asked, rather harshly.

"I want to talk about us Perrie. You seriously can't just forget about what happened to us 3 years ago. You know you miss me," he said with his voice huskier than before.

"I don't and I never missed you Ryan. What happened to us 3 years ago was garbage and I wish I never believed you," she spat out.

"Perrie, I missed you. And I'm sorry about what I did. I was drunk. I never would've hooked up with Melissa if I was sober," he reasoned out.

"I don't love you anymore, Ryan. You told me you were sorry about what happened with Melissa but you did it again with Kat and Ashley. What do you think will happen? That I'll come back running to you saying that I forgive you and allow you to cheat on me again?! Hell no! I'm not that kind of girl Ryan. I'm not your puppet that you could keep manipulating all your life. You cheated on me with 3 different girls all in one month saying that it was because you were drunk! You can't expect me to forgive you on the 3rd time because that was the last straw!" she said with so much anger in her voice.

Perrie looked at me pleadingly, hoping to get out of the classroom as I saw tears forming in her eyes. I simply nodded, took her hand, and dashed out of the classroom, not giving a damn about our class.

----------------------------

We were in the field when I heard Perrie mumble about something. I looked at her genuinely confused and stroked her hair to let her know that I'll listen anytime.

"Care to explain about what happened a while ago?" I asked. She just looked at me with a hollow look in her eyes and grimaced. After a few minutes she coughed and told me what happened.

"Three years ago, Ryan transferred to my school in London. At first, he was hitting on Jesy, but she rejected him because she is a lesbian and was in love with Leigh-Anne, who is also gay. When Ryan asked me out on a date, I said yes because back then I thought I was straight and I didn't realize that I'm gay-" she said, then I cut her off.

"Woah,woah,woah, wait a minute! You're a lesbian?" I asked.

"Yeah I am. Is that so surprising?" she chuckled and went back to her story.

"Anyways, when we went out, we had a grand time together and feelings started to appear. But for me, they weren't really true. When we were together for 4 months, things started to fall downhill. The spark faded and he cheated on me with 3 different girls in one month only,as I said a while ago in the classroom. So yeah, I broke up with him and then when he finished a year there, he moved back here," she explained.

"But I thought you said your feelings for Ryan weren't true. Why were you so hurt a while ago?" I questioned.

"It's not about the feelings. It was about the fact that he cheated on me and I pity those who will be his girlfriend because he might cheat on them too the way he cheated on me," she answered as a matter-of-fact.

I hugged her from the side and she put her arm around me. We stayed like that for a little while, until we heard the bell signifying break time ring. We stood up and went to the canteen.

-----------------------

"Hey Jade, how're you?" Harry said without looking up. I motioned for Perrie to come sit with us and when she spotted Jesy and Leigh-Anne, she waved them over to come too.

"Hi Harry. These are my friends. Can they sit with us?" I asked. Just then, he looked up with a happy expression and nodded.

"So, this is Perrie, the blonde one. That is Jesy and next to her is Leigh-Anne," I presented. Harry, being himself of course, courteously shook their hands, causing the 3 girls to giggle.

"Hey guys!" Dinah greeted as she sat down with us. 3 other girls followed her and sat down with us.

"So Perrie, Jesy, and Leigh-Anne, these other four girls here are Dinah-" I started before I got cut off by DMac herself.

"Sup?" the tan blonde girl asked.

"Anyways, that was Dinah. This is Ally," I got cut off again.

"Hello. I'm Ally Brooke Hernandez. It's nice meeting you," the small girl politely said.

"This is Normani," I got cut off again(ofc).

"Hi, I'm Normani Kordei.... Hamilton," the dark skinned girl said.

"And that's Camila," I finished.

"I'm Karla Camila Cabello Estrabao. Just call me Camila, or if you want shorter, Mila," the thin girl laughed.

"So guys, these are Per-" I said.

"We know, Jade. We were all in English class together, remember?" Dinah said.

I chuckled at myself and mentally slapped myself for making a fool out of myself right in front of Perrie.

After the introductions, we talked about different things, until I saw Harry looking at Louis sadly. Hazza saw me looking at him and gave me a sad smile.

What's wrong with Harry? I need to find out once and for all.
