The Kazekage stood before a couple, and in the couple's arms was a small child, no older than 2.

"You have been caught betraying the village and practicing forbidden jutsu. I have no choice but to evict you from the village," the Kazekage stated. In all honesty, the Kazekage didn't want this; they had a child who is no more than 2 years old. But since they practiced a forbidden jutsu, they leave him no choice but to make them leave their child and the village altogether.

"Keep the damned child, Kazekage. We don't want her."

"She means nothing. It's a damn pain she was even born."

"Mama, Papa... what happening...?" The child in the mother's arms looked up to her, large [eye colour] orbs staring towards the person who gave birth to her. It broke the Kazekage's heart to see the child being thrown away by her own parents. Why have a kid in the first place if you find it a pain she was born? At that time, two other children, a girl and a boy, stood by the Kazekage's feet while another boy was in the arms of the little girl. The girl was 5 while the boy was 4 and the child in the sister's arms was 2. The Kazekage looked down to his own children, his eyes softening as he bent down and pulled them into a hug, holding the three siblings close to his body.

"Here Kazekage. Have another child. Take ours and get her out of our lives," the father of the young child said as he tore the girl from the mother's arms. He placed her on the floor and without turning back, the couple walked out of the village, leaving any memories of Sunagakure behind. Oblivious to what was happening, the small girl looked over to the Kazekage.

"When will Mama and Papa come back?"

Seeing the girl in this state, the Kazekage walked up to her, his own children following behind. "We'll take you in, little one. You can be apart of our family... [Name]."

Years passed since [Name]'s parents were evicted. The whole village knew but never spoke a word about it, afraid to bring memories to the young girl even if she had only spent two years with them. [Name] knew about her being an orphan now; no matter how much the Kazekage insisted that she was apart of his family, the girl knew better than that. She knew that Kankuro wasn't her brother, nor was Gaara and nor was Temari her sister. She knew the Kazekage was just the Kazekage to her; not a father nor a stranger. Ever since the Kazekage had taken the girl under his wing, he's been supporting her and treating her like his own child.

"Kazekage-sama. I understand that you want to help me but I can take care of myself just fine," 8-year-old [Name] stated one day. The Kazekage looked up from his paperwork.

"[Name], you are only still a child. I cannot let you out of my care just yet. Once you graduate from the academy, only then will I stop providing for you. Otherwise, you will still be under my care whether you want it or not," he responded. [Name] only pouted and huffed, turning on her heel to leave her "father" alone. "Oh, [Name]. Please help look after Gaara."
